“I just moved into Hampton Woods. The office/property manager, Chad Smith, has been such a wonderful, helpful and pleasant person to deal with! He is such a bright spot compared to the place I moved from. Everyone I’ve met so far here has had nothing but positive things to say about Chad. When I first came to look at Hampton Woods, every resident who saw Chad while he was showing me around, stopped to chat and Chad was so familiar and pleasant to them. That told me a lot about his relationship with the residents. I also noticed residents sitting together and having fun in the community room. I loved that! So, between Chad and the residents, that’s why I chose to move to Hampton Woods! I’m so happy to be here! I hope Chad stays here for a long time! I know I can count on him…and that means everything to me! Thank you, Chad!!”

“I was greeted and taken on a tour right away. The lovely manager—Valerie? —was kind, prepared and answered all my questions. She allowed me to take a few photos to share with my sister and I loved the place. Well kept, beautiful decor, and a great private patio.”

“Great living space. I hope your rental is near l the trash disposal or elevator. If not the architect was not considerate to all the tenants. Their is a great pool area but it is a long walk if your rental is on the opposite side. This would detour me from the amenities.”

“I actually stayed in the hotel. This hotel is part of the Autograph collection so the style, decor, privacy features, space, simply everything was absolutely gorgeous. You will not be disappointed in this hotel. Luxury is an understatement. The restaurant located inside is called The Keep and they can keep their food because I was not happy.”

“The Commons of Downtown is the outdoor venue for many scheduled concerts - the outdoor home of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra.Surrounded by apartments, hotels, a bank and business high-rise, this once was THEE downtown shopping venue for a 2-Level array of stores called CITY CENTER.During Christmas, the Commons is decorated in festive colors; even giant hanging ornaments, and huge Christmas light bulbs. And, of course, there remains the Carrousel - sheltered until the Springtime. Even Jenni's Splendid Ice Cream is there.Growing in the Exhibit are the number of "Engagement Rings" to stand under, or beside.Even a unique, lighted butterfly to have pictures with the wings spread.Come and see, before it is a memory of 2022 Christmas that was just last week!- Keith CareyPsalm 51”

“I’ve lived here for 18 months. I really have no complaints. All public hallways and common areas are always kept very clean. Every maintenance request i have submitted has been responded to with Someone in my apartment within a day or so, even when it’s something small like the microwave light being out. The issues with garage safety and prices have all been well responded to by maintenance, they both lowered the parking prices and installed a new gate and security to address the break ins. I’ve truly loved living here and have recommended several of my friends to also live here”

“Me and my dad moved here last June-July from another Polaris apartment, and I have to say I'm impressed. The housing and apartment market in Polaris is ferocious, and it's hard to find apartments that fit our budget that are still two bedroom. NorthPark was actually the first apartment complex we looked at when we started searching, and we immediately loved this place. The woman who showed us the different apartments was very kind and transparent about what we would expect. We were told about how the complex used to be owned by a previous company and they were redoing the apartments because of previous damage, and we appreciated that honesty a lot. When it comes to the apartments, they are well taken care of and a nice size. The bathrooms are wonderful and the rooms are nicely sized as well. The appliances are all new and up to date, and you have the option between a few different layouts for your apartment depending on where you want to be in the complex. When we have any maintenence issues ( rarely ) maintenence responds asap and fixes the problem very quickly as well. All in all we enjoy living here and also feel very safe and at peace. Expect normal apartment things such as hearing your neighbors footsteps or a kiddo outside, but it's peaceful here.”

“My partner and I have lived in a duplex managed by Morgan Kingland for a little over 7 months so I will break down our experience over that time in a pros/cons list. NOTE: This is NOT listed in order of importance.Pros:1. Affordability. Our rent is cheaper than our previous location which is helpful as my partner is working part time while going to school at OSU.2. Location. The apartment is on King Ave and in a walkable neighborhood. I don't have to drive to get groceries (Kroger nearby). There are many restaurants and bars down Grandview and West 5th. We also live close to our workplaces and close enough to OSU for it to be a quick drive/bike ride(those last few aren't applicable to everyone obviously but it makes this a good location for us).3. Management communication/Maintenance. Management is always quick to communicate using their web portal. Maintenance requests are filled usually within 24 hours. They are prompt and usually complete the job on the first go around with minimal disturbance to my partner and I. Additionally, emails or messages sent to management not regarding maintenance requests are answered pretty quickly as well. For example there was a car blocking the driveway they responded to our concerns quickly and sent an email out to all tenants in their nearby apartment buildings about the situation.4. Pet friendly. Most (but not all) apartments nowadays are pet friendly. Morgan Kingland lists on their website what pets are allowed.5. Ability to make space your own: After talking with the person who does the work on the outside of the properties (grass cutting, hedge trimming, picking up litter etc.) he stated that it would be okay to utilize the mulch beds for planting our own flowers/herbs. It's nice to know we have the ability to do this so long as we make sure we communicate with both management and groundskeeping. ALSO I was able to decorate the outside for Halloween and Christmas which again may not be everyone's cup of tea but it really made the place feel more homey.6. Parking. There is a small lot behind the duplex that is shared with the apartment building adjacent to us. Even though there are many tenants in the other building as well we've not had difficulty finding a spot for our vehicle. This location does have most necessities within biking distance so you don't technically need a car but if you do have one parking should be available.7. Washer/dryer hookups. A personal preference one but I don't like using shared facilities/laundromats.Cons: NOTE, most of these can be chalked up to our duplex being a house that is around 100 years old.1. The building is old. This makes it more difficult to heat/cool. The floors are a bit warped in spaces (not structural issue but makes the floor squeak). The pipes almost froze (partially on us) but older buildings are probably more susceptible too.2. Older appliances. This one isn't a big issue for us since as long as the stove heats up our food and the fridge keeps it cool we're all good. The sink did have some leaking issues and even though maintenance responded promptly each time it took a few tries before it was completely fixed.3. Dust. I think whoever cleaned the apartment before we moved in could have done a better job. Some light fixtures had a lot of dust and the vents have a small filter over them to make sure dust isn't getting blown out.4. Communication. A very unique incident but the physical internet cable had to be cut due to garbage collection saying they would not take garbage if it was hanging that low (it hadn't been a problem for months so not sure what that was) It did take management some hours to send this information out after we had initially tried to contact Spectrum about it.5. Lack of public transit in the area. Obviously not MK's fault, just a personal observation.6. Weird wiring. Switch in one bedroom can control lights in the other. One switch for each porch light. Not bad just odd.Overall it's a really good place to live run by responsive and responsible man”

“Cornell always does an excellent job maintaining the property. He is so friendly and helpful and makes living here a great experience. Maintenance is very efficient and completes work orders in under a day. The pool has been under construction for some time so that is my only negative comment since it’s a commodity I would like to use.”

“Jeffrey Park is a great place to make friends and be close to the Short North. The parking situation and rent price leaves something to be desired but the amenities (pool, dog park, walking areas, etc) are great. Maintenance is friendly and fast to respond.”

“I had the best time living here. The management and maintenance team are spectacular in so many ways. It was a great place to call home, I felt safe and well cared for. And this says a lot for a girl living on her own! Whenever I had a concern, it was resolved immediately! The attention to detail here is incredible as well, not to mention the luxurious feel to every room at Luxe. I loved living in luxury here. I loved hosting, and having my friends over. Especially in the clubhouse. My apartment was spacious, and had everything I needed. The amenities here are fabulous, from the movie theater, to the gym, and not to mention the shared amenities at neighboring complexes. It felt like living in a hotel! I felt like I was on vacation for a year. If I was still living in Ohio, I would’ve stayed here longer!! Going to miss Luxe. Highly recommend. ?”

“I LOVE this apartment! I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s definitely my favorite apartment of all time. I love the two doors, one is a back door to the fire escape the other has a locked downstairs door where one must buzz to get in. I feel very safe due to it.My neighbors are wonderfully nice, polite and quiet too. Mixed crowd of college students to working professionals. Thankfully the walls are so thick most people can’t hear anything and the reverse is true too.Yes it is very old but that’s it’s charm! My suggestion for most people when living here: buy ceramic heaters off of Amazon for winter. Two is suffice. Get a 3rd one for backup or if you need to be toasty. My electric bill is never over $60 a month. I notice that if your neighbors run their air you won’t have to run yours as often. The only issue outside of the actual apartment are noise and parking.A. Tape your parking pass to your window to avoid towing from shamrock.B. Get city parking passes they’re only $25 a year!!! A Steal compared to most cities.C. Buy at least two noise machines! The bars and their patrons can get LOUD at night, and I mean ANY NIGHT. I run at least one during the week and two-three during the weekend.Otherwise it’s an adorably peaceful place to live.”

“I’ve been a resident here for almost a year now. This is my first apartment and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Staff is welcoming and friendly and easy to get a hold of. Pet friendly ! I take my dog everyday to the lobby to get his free treat. I love when special events are going on. Food trucks and different contests for your chance to win a prize!”

“I've lived at Autumn Chase for a few months now and it's been great so far! Rent is a little high for the average studio, but with almost everything included it's a good deal! The property manager, Gabby, was pleasant to work with during the process of leasing (a huge relief as a first-time renter) and is always there if I have any issues. A few days after moving in, I discovered that my AC unit was not working. I put in a maintenance request and staff were there right away to replace the unit. I don't think you could find a better apartment complex than here!”

“Stayed here as an AirBnB for 7 days. The neighbours are very kind and is a very quiet place, the bad thing is how dirty the corridors and elevators are. I'm amazed it remains dirty with food on the floor for days. Is pet friendly so don't get scare of massive dogs joining you in the elevator. My apartment was alright, but very dusty, should have cleaned up before our arrival, we asked for cleaning supplies to clean ourselves, took three days to deliver, but we thank the team very much for replying within minutes for any message we sent. Second floor lobby got a free starbucks machine with three blends of coffee, hot cocoa and chai tea lattes until they ran out (2 days jaja), the area is good and the small rooftop is a nice area to hangout.”

“Keith and Brad have been keeping me in the know for my fridge. With the new maintenance team, they resolved all of my issues and with the fridge problem, they're working with me currently on a solution as it's a special case.Coming from Easton and Dublin and Whitehall, I am happy to say that this has been the best apartment team I've had and one of the prettiest apartments.A couple of small cons - some of the tenants are lazy and had their animals do their business in the wrong spots. The leasing office made a statement and have been attempting to handle it, but a couple of cameras in those specific areas would be nice. And there is nearby construction. Been going on for months. It sucks honestly, but it's not the apartment team's fault.I plan on staying and perhaps upgrading to a 2 bedroom with my partner. One of your best options for downtown, especially near German Village.”

“I am very glad that the large neon "WONDER BREAD" sign west of N. Fourth St. and north of I-670 is still there in spite of the fact that Wonder Bread is no longer manufactured anywhere near there.I am often directing people in the downtown area who are driving me on N. Fourth St. to I-670 west to Rte. 315 north to "turn left at 'WONDER BREAD'."The "I-670 west to Dayton" freeway sign on N. Fourth St. is partially hidden by the I-670 bridge; that left turn would be far more difficult for me to point out to drivers without that large "WONDER BREAD" sign being there.”

“I just wanted to mention that during our process from viewing units until we actually moved in, Anne was just awesome with her knowledge, and personality. She was a big reason among many other factors that helped us make our decision to rent here. Thanks for everything.”

“I just moved to The Bradford at Easton. What convinced me to sign a lease was Noah’s professionalism and cheerful attitude. I said that I don’t want to fill the application online since I had problems in the past. With a smile he directed me to the business center and printed it out for me.Also would like to mention Maica, he personally came to my apartment to repair some problems in it and clean the AC which was extremely dirty. After, came Noah to help in what was needed, trying to clean and checking everything. They were working with a smile from beginning to end.It is a real pleasure to be in a property where the manager and assistant manager listen and care for the needs of the tenants.I highly recommend this property.”

“Affordable and nice size apartment. But if you don't smoke don't come. Neighbors smoke so much weed the smell is always in your place. New management on sight is leaps better then the last manager.”

“What can I say? When it was under the Connor group it was horrible! Then this company bought it and it still kind of sucked. But this past year they got new office staff and maintenance and we absolutely love it here. As a former maintenance man I feel bad for the maintenance staff. They are cleaning up years of bad maintenance. But extremely happy with this staff. Only thing that sucks is that our washer and dryers can no longer be serviced or replaced.”

“I’ve heard they have new management there now and I’m sure things will improve. Honestly you can’t blame nobody but the people who leave trash on ground and who leave apartments in terrible condition after moving out. It takes time to get things under control especially when the prior management wasn’t doing their part. Give it time and you will see good things.”

“I have lived at UV for 2 years, and I have always had a great experience here. I have used the busses every day to get to class, and they have been great. It is a huge plus to have a bus system here since parking on campus is horrible and very expensive. No other complexes have a bus system so that was my biggest reason to choose UV. I have always had great experiences with maintenance as well. My air conditioners did not work when I moved in, and I let them know and they gave me brand new ones. It is a really big complex, so it is understandable that sometimes things take a while to get finished, but they really do try their best to please their residents and make things right. I have already renewed my lease here for next year!”
