This is the most despicable slumlord property management company I've ever delt with. Management ignores text, phone calls, and portal request. Ive been living with a roof leak for 2 months, with no attempt to fix. Do not rent from these shady people. You will absolutely regret it.

The property at the Georgesville location looks a hot mess trash all over the outside in the building looks unkept if that's how the building looks I can imagine what the property looks like as far as the apartments

Consider having VIP pay for the services they request prior to performing them. They do not pay their bills and they do not respond to attempts to collect.
