“Lakeshore Learning is an incredible store and so is all the customer service. It doesn't matter who you talk to on the phone. I am a Director of a Preschool and have been going there for years. Cody the store manager called my location and mentioned how he could visit the school for a special parent/child event and do a craft with the kiddos. I took him up on his offer last night for a parent training. The teachers and children had a blast and loved absolutely everything that he did. The craft was special and his enthusiasm was contagious. My teachers were still excited talking about it after the event was over and even today! “Bill, the owner, is very knowledgeable about ceramics and he has such a HUGE selection of molds. It’s almost overwhelming to walk through aisles and aisles of greenware. He has a bunch of bisque, too. We live a couple states away, in TN, but drive to Adobi Ceramics several times a year. His products are affordable, and he also sells light kits, decorative bulbs, glazes, paints, etc. And he allows us to place orders and then come pick up our pieces. I recommend this business to everyone.”
“I was lucky enough to meet the owner! Open for 6 years and most items are made in the USA and by local artist. Tons of paper options, whether it’s a card, wedding invite etc. I personally came to get stationary, for my 9 year old daughter. If you’re looking for something special, this is the place you’ll find it. High quality items and no pressure sales. The owner was happy to walk me through and tell me about the items that are available. Thanks for all your help today.”
“I collect alternative movie posters. Limited run exclusive designs by independent artists, which originally started in Austin, TX through the company Mondo. Sarah and Sy, (sorry if I misspelled your name!) and new hire Kate, have done fabulous work on so many of my favorite posters. They help me find fantastic matting and frames to make my posters pop. They always treat my projects with care! One of my favorites is my Phantom City Creative Jaws poster, which Sy helped my find a cool weathered-looking wood frame for and a textured mat that resembled sand! It's the little details that matter. I see lots of concerns with Michaels' framers on reddit and other places, but trust someone who spends a lot of time and effort to get things just right for my framing projects, the Easton custom framing crew offers superior service and care. They all deserve a raise.”
“I'm rating this review solely based on the help I received from a young lady called Evvie working at the store. While I was struggling to navigate an online Michaels purchase while in the store, Evvie was extremely helpful and patient, with a cheerful personality. On the other hand, the mid 40s male employee seemed annoyed, declaring "this is above my pay grade!" I think he had just won his own disgruntled employee of the month parking spot. In contrast, Evvie should receive a pay rise and train new staff. Thank you Evvie for your help selling me about $100 of canvases.”

Check out lines will be long and a manager will be guarding the door for some strange reason.
Perhaps jumping on a register and taking out the line would be the best option for your loyal customers.
And it’s really the only thing you should be doing as a manager if you’re just standing there doing nothing.”
