“There was a line of at least 12-14 people deep waiting on cars. They seemed to have very few vehicles and were bringing them one by one. Whether they didn't have the staff or no cars, it definitely made the pick up process inconvenient. The return process, was a breeze, as normal.”

“I used an Enterprise rental for almost 4 weeks while my car was being repaired. The first vehicle I received had been heavily deodorized and the smell was so strong that it was difficult to be inside the car. Kassidy emailed a couple days after I had the car to check on how I felt about the vehicle and I explained how bad the smell was. She told me if I could come into their store she would find something else for me which I appreciated so much! Kassidy and her co-worker who I did not catch the name for worked together to give me a different car that was closer to the size of my usual SUV and did not smell! It made this rental experience so much better and I appreciate their flexibility, making sure I left happy and providing me with a better car to drive for many weeks. Van had so much space and drove smooth. Dropping off van was just as easy. I think the best part was how great the customer service was. You don't have that a lot anymore. So thank you guys”

“I got into a car accident and my driver side was damaged. AA Precise Collision Repair took care of me. They helped me get a rental, a tow truck and did an excellent job on my car. I could not be happier. Brittany handled everything. Make sure you ask for her. They made a bad situation into the most pleasant experience. Overall very smooth booking process, car is in great condition as well. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is due to a minor hiccup; the header in the email we received after reserving ahead included an old address and we had to take a second Uber to the actual location (the correct address was noted later in the email).”
