“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.”

“I picked up a Buick Enclave from the Executive Aisle for a 10-day rental. The vehicle itself was great with no issues, except that after driving about 100 miles, an oil-change notification appeared. I ended up spending half a day on Sunday looking for a place that could take care of it and finally found a Mr. Tire shop that could perform the service right away.
Just wanted to mention this, as I believe vehicles should be checked for mileage and required maintenance before being placed in the rental lineup.”
“Haven't been a customer yet but walked in for an estimate at about 1pm and interrupted the poor man's lunch and he came out, took pics and got my info and b4 I made it back to grove city, my estimates were waiting in my inbox. “I used an Enterprise rental for almost 4 weeks while my car was being repaired. The first vehicle I received had been heavily deodorized and the smell was so strong that it was difficult to be inside the car. Kassidy emailed a couple days after I had the car to check on how I felt about the vehicle and I explained how bad the smell was. She told me if I could come into their store she would find something else for me which I appreciated so much! Kassidy and her co-worker who I did not catch the name for worked together to give me a different car that was closer to the size of my usual SUV and did not smell! It made this rental experience so much better and I appreciate their flexibility, making sure I left happy and providing me with a better car to drive for many weeks. Thank you so much you two for your help and making this happen!!!!”

“The Enterprise associate was on time to pick me up from the body shop and took me to the Enterprise location to pick up my rental car. Filling out the rental forms was easy, as they walked me through the process.
The location manager, Todd, was very polite and helpful. He showed me the basic information about the rental car, but didn’t take a long time. It was a very easy, fast process!”

“I feel like the representative I worked with explained everything to me about the possible add-ons and options I had, as well as what to expect upon returning the car. The car I rented was a 2026 Nissan Rogue in great condition. I rented this right before traveling to Cleveland and back to Columbus when the winter storms happened and I felt very safe in the vehicle and like it was easy to drive. I did try to extend my rental online and the online chat person said they set it up for me and would send a confirmation email, but when I called my local enterprise to confirm my extension because I hadn’t received an email, they said the extension wasn’t complete and were able to help me with that. I’m glad I double checked with my local enterprise because the online rep didn’t complete my request. I do think the local stores could use more help with taking calls. But the local enterprise employees were all very pleasant and helpful.”
“I got into a car accident and my driver side was damaged. AA Precise Collision Repair took care of me. They helped me get a rental, a tow truck and did an excellent job on my car. I could not be happier. Brittany handled everything. Make sure you ask for her. They made a bad situation into the most pleasant experience. Not only did they fix my car but they cleaned it up inside and out. If you need to get your car fixed this is the place to go. “I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”
