Although there is only one person at the counter for both Alamo and national the line went far enough and the car was decent and the prices reasonable.

I worked with Josh in Columbus. He was so helpful and resourceful. His costumer service was incredible, in addition he had so much knowledge of the job and all of the cars there. Josh made it an incredible experience.
