They keep telling me no ones available and that I would have to create my account myself.. this is ridiculous. Only one banker there. Also your employees are rude

Can’t believe there is only one banker in the branch. Employees are friendly but came for my appointment and banker was off that day nobody else could open up my account At least there should be 2 bankers in such big institution like Chase. It was a shame
