Terrible Service!!!
We ordered 26 TVs and 16 monitors and paid around 10 grand dollars on May 16th 2024. This store can't process this order well caused some technical problems of their side. So 13 TVs and 8 Monitors are disappeared from their side and these devices are never delivered. We went this store 2 times in the end of May and beginning of June in person. They always say they are working on that and just wait 1-2 days someone will call me back. Nobody have call me. I tried call them 100 times. On 17th June, I call them again and they ask me to pay around 5 grand dollars for the disappeared devices and told me they will refund this 5 grand dollars. Today is 20th June, nobody pickup my phone and all the call go to the company service line.”

“So last Friday my husband and I purchased a new LG OLED 77” for our family room; setting up delivery and installation for this Monday 3/10. Store experience was 5 star with a very pleasant young salesperson. We were excited about such a fast delivery date.
What we did NOT know is that BB is now having some 3rd party company deliver and install their product. We had expected the same excellent experience we’ve had previously with GEEK squad which is why we have remained loyal to BB. The new company basically installed and ran…leaving my husband with all the trash. The “installer” handed him the remote and said “you can set the rest up from here”. Very poor customer service! My husband did not even realize they left thinking the guy had just gone out to his van to get something. Since we have 6 TV’s in our house, all from BB, this had never been our experience in the past. They said nothing about hauling away the old TV. What was I supposed to do with a 75” tv sitting in the middle of my family room on the floor!
I tried calling BB customer service and got someone who was clearly not in the USA and had no authority to do anything. I ended up at the store. What I learned was the salesperson should have asked us if we wanted the old tv taken, and there is a charge. She had not done that. Polaris BB customer service agreed to have the old tv picked up at a reduced cost which I was happy with .
Overall Polaris BB is a good place to shop and their people are friendly and helpful. However - corporate BB - this message is for you…IF you are going to outsource your delivery and installations - get a company who gives a crap and are NOT paid so when they get done for the day they can go home…I own 2 companies and there are ways to set up 3rd party handling to represent your business so it retains your customer base. DO BETTER!!!!”

“The computer store i go to buy my computers your bussiness and schools should be macs its a new day of age we live in they are more efficient and give kids more to work with at school you can teach more on a mac i suggest the best mac you can purchase for a kid a touch screen when it comes out than a pc to give a kid a better learning lesson i suggest as for bussiness you can synch each one to have one main one its better system to keep track of your records.”
