The guy was very smart but he undermined me. I came in with my boyfriend and he told me “you don’t know what I’m talking about” and looked at my boyfriend and then proceeded to tell him. I was the one buying the iPad. He did give me a discount for being a college student.

I would say that apple online support is better than the in store support. Unless you are busying a new service or equipment, you don’t get good attention. Similar to any other provider

Service is sooo bad, it’s almost nonexistent!!! It just boggles my mind how this is the norm in service when a company such as Apple charges such a premium for their products. What is the point in making an appointment only to still be sitting here another 45 minutes to an hour!?! Do better Apple, just unbelievable!!!
