“This is one of my number one go to places in the neighborhood. You can always go there and find something that you need! What stands out to me is that they are open most holidays.”
“This location is pretty consistent. They are usually stocked and it's clean. They do not have the $3-5 sections. I have ordered things from DollarTree online and had it delivered to this location. There were no problems with that. This location now has the self checkouts (3 check out areas). One person was still using the regular checkout area if it was needed. There is plenty of parking I. The lot.”
“Even though the prices have gone up a little bit and they now offer more expensive items up to $5, I still enjoy going into the store to buy the things that I still can't get anywhere else for the price. I went in this particular day to pick up some last minute Easter items. They always have a great selection of holiday stuff.”
“Store is kind of messy and staff can be a bit much sometimes but over all it’s a great store to find great deals. Purchased many things for events and holidays. Unfortunately there are A LOT of homeless people around that sometimes harass you for money on the way in and out. The trash overflowing into the parking lot can be unsightly at times.”
“Great employees and service great price on their items, some the stuff is sometimes all over the place but that's not the stores fault I've seen first hand where the parents let their kids do whatever and not even correct them. This one cashier, a sweet little red headed girl has excellent service i think her name is sam and goes above and beyond for her customers.”
“How can you complain about dollar tree. This store here the employees are always nice the store is usually stocked fairly well. It is not trashy on the inside at all. I think it is the best place to take your kids your grandkids too and they can buy their things with their money and it's a great place to teach him how to spend and budget love this place”

“It's Dollar. It does have a fair amount of groceries. Canned and dried goods, veggies, instant potatoes and the frozen food is ok of your into single college type meals. They do have butter and magerine but that goes fast.”
“This is the best dollar tree in North Columbus! Even though it’s smaller than the other one on Morse road the other location by big lots is trash!

“I have a DG on parsons, one on s high, I live on Groveport /parsons rds. I pass them by to come here coz they have better selection, more of product on shelves, and usually pretty much unpacked and stocked. O, and so far I haven't not been able to use a cart. Thanks DG for making part of my life easier.”

“Didn't expect to ever review a Dollar Tree as I thought all Dollar Trees had the same energy -- dimly-lit, messy, and tight aisleways where you have to hunt for what you want. That said, this Dollar Tree was a pleasant surprise. It's organized and has a lot of options for items. It was pretty busy, but they had enough cashiers AND people stocking items. Maybe the bar is low, but it's honestly organized a lot better then most stores in Columbus. Definitely the best Dollar Tree I've ever gone to so far.”

“This dollar tree has had a lot of problems since I started shopping here, sometimes there's new people and sometimes there's not, a lot of my friends have been saying that you can get gallon milks at dollar tree but every time I go in I don't see gallon milks so either my friends are thinking of dollar general or a different but they keep insisting that it's dollar tree. When I shop at Dollar general I see gallon milks but never at the dollar tree so they must be owned by a DIFFERENT COMPANY which makes sense on why they have different stuff but other than that I've always liked shopping at this dollar tree, it's nice and well stocked”
“I had a wonderful shopping experience today, thanks to Tim!! I had a "grab-bag" shopping list that was kind-of like a scavenger hunt and Tim was amazing telling me where I could find the desired items in the store. He even donated a sheet of old newspaper because I did not know where to find one. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“For as poorly this company seems to treat them, the employees here are incredibly nice and helpful and all 4 stars are for them. I once went in there when it was at least 85 degrees outside and the ac wasn’t working, yet the cashier was so kind and bubbly. That being said, they clearly need to schedule more people at a time.”

It feels great to buy the item's I need and it be there waiting for me to purchase it. Great job!!!! This store is important to the community in this area.

“The establishment has recently undergone a rebranding to DG Market. In my opinion, the addition of produce has enhanced the overall appearance of the store. Additionally, it is worth noting that there is a policy in place that limits the number of children allowed in the store at any given time.”
“As soon as I walked in a middle aged lady named Sherry greeted me with the most pleasant smile. I brought up 4 binders and right away she noticed one was dirty. She sprayed it and cleaned it and said I apologize i can't have it walk out with a dirty binder. She went above and beyond to satisfy and while it wasn't a problem I truly appreciate her and her service.”
“Normally, I enjoy going there, but the aisles were so full of merchandise in cases I couldn't get to anything. Worse, I've ever seen it. Definitely need some more employees, but doesn't everyone!”

“I have been in this location many times. And over the years I’ve seen alot of changes. Anyone that shops At this particular location would have to agree. This store used to be a mess. Items here, there and everywhere not in its proper place, but in the past year and a half the order and cleanliness of this store has improved tremendously. . The young lady that I’m guessing is the store manager is very helpful and kind. And she keeps her store clean. Her coworkers are friendly. I’ve not had one time that those young workers have said or done anything other than impress me as to how much better they have ran that store in comparison to how it was before them. Good job you guys. Keep up the good work. They deserve to be upheld for the changes they’ve made. In my opinion they have made this store a better place to shop. Thank u”
“Had an issue with a transaction & the store manager at the time did her absolute best to assist with the issue. Left out with absolutely no issues because the store manager took charge, heard our issues and handled it!!! Honestly was prepared for some BS but walked out with mad respect for this location! I know she’s already positioned in high rank but give that woman ANOTHER RAISE HUNTYYY! She was amazing to us and listened to us!I hate I didn’t grab her name! But I know she’s the store manager, and a damn good one!”

“Disability Review: All right so I pulled up on a weeknight. There was literally no other cars for customers by the time I began to get out the car, which may take a while, There was about six cars that pulled up all together and since then I have noticed well when I got back in my car there was signs that it had been entered and since then I have noticed some things have come up missing. So just be careful this is a dark area. I don't know how or why that happened but it did. And this annoying message that they have to play in the stores regarding their monitoring of their customers is rather offensive considering these social demographic of the people who shop at the store or are forced to shop at the store because no other good stores are around. So the employee experience was great. The store was clean. It was neat. It was just that mobbing that went on in the parking lot that kind of puts you on edge. So this is just for people who have anxiety issues or disabilities. Not night time for this particular store than just be very careful. It's weird how all these stores have cameras, but the cameras are never positioned so that you can see your own car. They're only position for the benefit of the store in the employees but never for the benefit of the customers safety. Honestly, the whole area is sketchy. When you go down to the Huntington Bank, there's cars just sitting there, hanging out on the bank parking lot in view of capturing your PIN number. Be careful at night in this entire area up to the casino and everywhere around there.”

“This DT was chock full of Fall and Halloween decorations and crafts! I went to several different DT stores and this store was by far the best. Staff is very pleasant and greeted me as soon as they saw me and when I entered the store.
My goal was to get all the supplies to make a haunted house and I left with everything I needed. Super happy.
Store was clean. Easy parking close to store. 5 stars from me!!!”
