“This DT was chock full of Fall and Halloween decorations and crafts! I went to several different DT stores and this store was by far the best. Staff is very pleasant and greeted me as soon as they saw me and when I entered the store.
My goal was to get all the supplies to make a haunted house and I left with everything I needed. Super happy.

“Shout out to Dollar Tree in Westerville, and the Associate, Ms. Ashley who assisted Me. Outstanding customer service when I walked in, and when I left the store. In addition, this store at 5990 Westerville Road had stocked items, a variety of things I can't find in other stores. For instance, My vitamins; more than enough, My hair products, scarfs, food items in the freezer. Just very well stocked. Highly recommend and definitely will be back! Ohhh and the store is CLEAN!!!”

I went in this particular day to pick up some last minute Easter items. They always have a great selection of holiday stuff.”
“This location is pretty consistent. They are usually stocked and it's clean. They do not have the $3-5 sections. I have ordered things from DollarTree online and had it delivered to this location. There were no problems with that. This location now has the self checkouts (3 check out areas). One person was still using the regular checkout area if it was needed. There is plenty of parking I. The lot.”

“Friendly staff and convenient location but store is extremely unorganized and almost always have tons of boxes of product stacked in most of the isles, alot of times you have to move boxes and shimmy yourself into awkward positions to grab something off shelves. Which isn't a surprise that they take awhile to get new merchandise out on shelves so half the time they are understocked although the stuff is sitting right next to you in a unopened box. With that being said maybe they are super understaffed or something I've only seen 3-4 rotating employees for most of this lastbel”
“We bought helium balloons two weeks ago for a birthday party. They are still hanging from the ceiling and going strong. I will never again purchase helium balloons from Party City because I will go directly to Dollar Tree.”

This store has a surprisingly, very large selection of merchandise Just to name a few, gifts, special occasions, home decor, pets, beauty, automotive, grocery, school supplies and the list goes on. “I have been in several dollar trees. I really like this dollar tree. It is bigger normally when I come in here, it’s very clean. I went in here to get some mechanical pencils for my granddaughter. I noticed the red ?dots & the signs? was telling you about the increase. Now items that were originally $1.25 have went up to $1.50. The prices are increasing, but the product is decreasing. Makes me wonder why is the store still called Dollar ? tree. They need to do a change of name and call the dollar plus? or dollar more?? Maybe call it dollar trees.????. It’s a good little place to come and grab small items compared to your other stores.??✏️✒️??????⏲️??”
“It's Dollar. It does have a fair amount of groceries. Canned and dried goods, veggies, instant potatoes and the frozen food is ok of your into single college type meals. They do have butter and magerine but that goes fast.”

“I have a DG on parsons, one on s high, I live on Groveport /parsons rds. I pass them by to come here coz they have better selection, more of product on shelves, and usually pretty much unpacked and stocked. O, and so far I haven't not been able to use a cart. Thanks DG for making part of my life easier.”

“For as poorly this company seems to treat them, the employees here are incredibly nice and helpful and all 4 stars are for them. I once went in there when it was at least 85 degrees outside and the ac wasn’t working, yet the cashier was so kind and bubbly. That being said, they clearly need to schedule more people at a time.”
“As soon as I walked in a middle aged lady named Sherry greeted me with the most pleasant smile. I brought up 4 binders and right away she noticed one was dirty. She sprayed it and cleaned it and said I apologize i can't have it walk out with a dirty binder. She went above and beyond to satisfy and while it wasn't a problem I truly appreciate her and her service.”
“Usually fully stocked with the items I need. Speeding & friendly check outs. Just for the records this store should CHANGE their name from dollar tree to 1.25 & UP TREE as there is no longer anything for a $1.00 @ any of this specific stores & has not had a $1.00 merchandise is a long while.”
“This store used to be a mess and I couldn't stand to go in there because of the incompetence of the employees in the absolute ridiculous things that went on in that store that I'm not even going to go into. I I swore after the last time that I would never go back but I went in the other night and I was so pleasantly surprised! From what I can tell they have hired new employees who are super friendly and always willing to help. The store itself was very clean and put together very nicely. It was not perfect but you can tell the new employees take pride in the store and making it look presentable for the customers. A major Improvement and I will definitely be back to shop. Great job you guys! I highly recommend this location”

“Had an issue with a transaction & the store manager at the time did her absolute best to assist with the issue. Left out with absolutely no issues because the store manager took charge, heard our issues and handled it!!! Honestly was prepared for some BS but walked out with mad respect for this location! I know she’s already positioned in high rank but give that woman ANOTHER RAISE HUNTYYY! She was amazing to us and listened to us!I hate I didn’t grab her name! But I know she’s the store manager, and a damn good one!”

“Very nice size store located on East Broad in the Whitehall area. Plenty of parking in the shared plaza parking lot. I like Dollar Tree Stores so much more than I thought. These places are great and I love running in to see if they just happen to have what I am looking for. This trip, a sharpie marker, a set of dry erase markers, Andee Capp Hot Fries, 4 pumpkins, and two brown decorative spiders. Inside this location it is clean and is one of the larger stores I have shopped. It is a great place to pick up greeting cards, last minute items like gift bags, tissue paper, snacks, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and cheap season/holiday decorations. So much in these stores at great discount prices.”
“This dollar tree is busy, always. They crank out the merchandise constantly. Sometimes the boxes pile up & it’s hard to get around, but the manager is awesome and you can tell he is working hard to get the store in order. Honestly they probably just need a bigger store. I also love one of the cashiers, I think her name is Lola. She’s the best, always friendly and down to earth.”
“Pros:- There some not a bad things that you can buy there for a dollar ( like soap, laundry detergent etc). And others.- Some cashiers are friendly and helpful ( especially Aaron).Cons:- Be careful with food especially meat stuff ! Check expiration dates.Recently bought couple sausages, felt bad after eating and tried to return second one. They don't accept returns for food stuff ( for example, Kroger does).- Sometimes it is hard to find something ( ask cashiers).Ps. I'm not so picky customer and don't compare DG with Kroger or Target. Of course, for shopping better to go to target or Kroger, but to survive - DG is ok”

“This is a smaller location. It is easy to get into and out of. Usually well stocked. Usually doesn't have boxes sitting in the aisles. They do have a refrigerated section. The seasonal selection goes quickly. They have the upcoming season out a month or two beforehand. The staff is polite. The prices are now all over the place. 1.25-10.00.”
