Foul odor in the room as if it was mopped with a spoiled mop. I could have requested for it to be mopped again or provided with materials to mop it myself I guess but I didn't care I was just there to sleep. Recovery of forgotten items I give them a five plus I forgot my glasses and they had them at the desk when I went... read full comment
