Giant Eagle Bakery is a popular choice for birthday and special occasion cakes, known for its lighter icing and great tasting cakes with cool custom designs. The bakery also offers good customer service, although staffing issues have been noted in some departments. In addition to cakes, they provide great produce. While prices can be a little expensive, many customers feel it is worth it for the quality.
Sharnell made cupcakes for my son’s birthday party upon walk-in visit. I was a little panicked and short on time, didn’t know what options they had but she greeted me very kindly and quickly explained my options. Got me out of there quickly and the picture tells the rest. Thank you. A++ service.

I love the bakery, when we want birthday or special occasion cakes my family comes here. The icing is lighter than other bakery's.
