“It's been a long time since I've met some one so friendly and accommodating as the gentleman that received my donations! What a nice store in every way ❤”
“I’ve donated items here for about 2 years, they’re very generous with what they accept item wise (I’ve donated various items such as wigs, clothes, shoes and even an electric wheelchair). I had never shopped as a customer until recently. So happy I was finally able to make a trip inside and thrift, their store is organized so well that you can see everything clearly without having to dig around like other stores. Love that they even have plus sizes organized all together in their own sections. Can’t wait to make another trip here ❤”
“I do really like this location BUT I did remove 1 star simply because they don't have a public access bathroom. So take that into account if you have any condition that may require access to a bathroom and plan accordingly.”
“These guys were awesome! They showed up exactly within the window of time they said and everything that I had included in my submission form was taken care of with the flat rate I was quoted; no surprises. I was a little nervous due to the layout of the website, but what they lack in website design, they make up for in communication, hard work, and timeliness. Make sure you tip them well since you are saving a lot of money compared to other moving company chains! 10/10”

“Loved it here, felt just like walking through my grandma's house. Very organized too. Theres a surprising good selection of dishes/kitchenware here, with miscellaneous full porcelain/China sets available for ~$50 if you're into that.”
“I have been shopping and consigning at this wonderful shop for over 20+ years! And there is a reason for that…..Chris the owner has always been kind and fair on pricing of items and it’s so much fun on what you find there! Congratulations on 50 years of a fine and successfully run business that to me makes you feel like a friend to them❣️ I love taking my friends there or telling them about where to find great deals on nice clothing, shoes, handbags, wallets etc….!! Thanks for your loyalty to customers and consigners❣️”
“I have brought my son and friend up here to fill out for their Christmas gifts for their children the people were very polite and patient and aiding both my friend and son with what they needed to sign up even told him the day that they needed to pick up my kids are very much older so they were not able to help me but it was a pleasure in watching them help others”

“Nice thrift place. Very big selection and store is easy to navigate. the furniture is always beautiful and clothes are available as new. The staff keeps to themsleves. Good for little trinkets and shoes. Dressing rooms are available and have mirrors too!! Great for back to school aswell and basic necessities that are new such as curtains and bookbags and blankets!! overall nice place to stop by”
“Should I tell everyone how great this thrift is? What if all these people start coming to MY thrift store? Will the spectacular selection continue????
I will chance it.
This thrift won't let you down. There stuff is so nice and I am always finding things I can use.”
“Large selection. Many new items also, some of which seem to be clearance items from Target. It’s not always clear if the prices on clearance items are better than what you would get at the original source.
Lots of jeans. Good amount of glassware. I found some used items to be out of the range I am willing to pay (like $9 for a vinyl music album set).some winter coats had decent prices, while others seemed quite high (like someone on the staff is pricing items by Googling what the “vintage resale” value would be, which seems to not be the true spirit of second hand stores.
With a visit nonetheless, as there are some good bargains to be had. There is a separate small room with some good items in the back, just before the restroom.”
“I got a really nice marble table for my kitchen in my apartment for half the price of what it would have gone for elsewere here. Staff was nice and polite :) I really appreciate them letting me check out with the table after 5:30pm before closing. Absolutely love sitting at this table! Would recommend for a poor college student to find some quality furniture!”
“I absolutely LOVE this store. This is definitely my FAVORITE place to shop! I LOVE going there when the manager, Julie is working because she is extremely nice & helpful & her attitude is amazing she makes me feel so comfortable there & answers ANY questions I have! You can tell she absolutely LOVES her job & she always treats us like family when we come in there! I think she deserves a raise! We love shopping here but I will admit, my only complaint is some items are priced super high which makes people not want to buy certain things because they're just too expensive!”

“Extremely well organized thrift store! Fantastic selection of men's blazers. Many styles, vintages, colors, textures, sizes, countries of origin, thread counts, softnesses and starchinesses. The bric-a-brac wall delights the eye through the rainbow order arrangement of objects.”
“Store was packed so I kept it brief— the staff is kind and greeted everyone as they walked in. *Kimberly (again, Hilliard location) went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions (even though they were swamped!) thank you Kimberly for the positive experience! Vast selection - will shop here again”
“The young lady that waiting on me was professional, she answered my questions, without hesitation. I was happy that she suggested donating the winter jacket, it did have some stains on it. They have clothing they donate to Volunters of America right on the premise.”
“I just wanna start off by saying I am a black male and I was so impressed with the customer service I received 2 Saturdays ago early afternoon. I came to shop here when they first moved across the street and I was unpleased with the lazy workers (black & American) and the rude management at the time. I Stopped going here but I decided to give it another try. I was so pleased with all the bargains I found that day! But what really astonished me was how all the staff was helping each other out to get the line moving. Helping move hangers out the way, opening new lines, putting returns away, everyone was so fast paced!! And yet they all were in good moods! No one was stressed everyone had a smile on their faces, even if it was rush hour! As a General Manager myself this really spoke out to me on how this shift was ran! They were all Latino (for good recognition) I will definitely start coming here more often. I loved how they all seemed to get along and have good sportsmanship! That’s was being a team is all about and it reflects the store! It was a few young men and maybe 4-6 ladies (older and younger) I hope to keep coming and seeing the staff show gratitude to customers and finding good deals! Thank you Ohio Thrift for the rebranding of employees and I hope you recognize the great team you have! Great job!!”

“I had a crazy lady run up and push stuff on me very aggressively and rude wouldn’t let me look at anything smooshed my hand multiple times was just a horrible person to have in the store acted like she owned it gave the store a weird feeling I told the manager I was upset and the lady was removed thank you for keeping the environment Friendly like goodwill always has been it should only be love. I’m disabled also which I should add which is why I was so upset she pushed me out the way my balance and hands don’t work as well. The manager handled it and made me feel a lot better and welcomed. To the manager you rock thank you so much”
“I like the deals but I agree with the other review about the lady with flashy glasses. I think she’s a manager,,, not helpful and differs all work or help to other workers. I won’t even check out w her. I purposely go to other staff. Very superior attitude.”

“I've gone to the ReStore on Westerville Rd a couple times to look for random things that I need for my house. Like paint or a new door. You can pretty much find anything you need for your home. Including cleaning supplies. I also saw some automotive stuff but it wasn't much. They have some really great deals! Today I scored an aluminum ladder for $20. The lady at the cash register is super helpful and very nice. I love this place!”
“Fine place, but nothing great. Location in big city probably doesn’t help. Cart was emptied and restocked after leaving it for only a few minutes. Friendly staff though”
“I looooove going to this store. I have furnished and decorated my home from this store. My friends can't believe all the nice things I have bought from there. I always shop only the stickers that are 50 percent off. Everyday is a different colored sticker that is 50 percent off.”
“I am an employee at the petco that is in the plaza. I go here every other day to get snacks and random things to find. I genuinely love this place and the staff is so kind. They remember their regulars and love to strike conversation. Tonight I had a great experience. I was debating on buying a vhs rewinder (wild find!!!!) And 2 of your staff members had very similar interests as me and convinced me to get it. I can't remember the person's name, but they had a shaved head and was working the last register by the showcase. They checked me out and were fantastic. The person in the register next to them was fantastic as well. Like always ill probably be back tomorrow for snacks?.”
“Super wonderful employees, very helpful and hard workingSo much goes on behind the scenes we don’t even realize!Fantastic talent in the donations attendant, it gets so busy sometimes and they’re still able to help everyone quickly and make your experience good. Everyone there deserves a raise!! Yeah they can’t get raises there.”

“We were told about Uptown Cheapskate while I was on my way to another consignment shop. We arrived and were greeted warmly and were impressed with the collection of clothes they had. They explained the selling process and quickly took or merchandise. I received a fair price for what I had to offer and was on my way quickly. I will absolutely take more clothes here for resale or heck. To trade in as they also had nice clothes and a great shoe collection”
