“I posted my review under the other website, but I want to post here also. The 3 guys that showed up were AWESOME!!!! They worked their butts off and did an amazing job!!!To be honest, I was nervous because their price was 1/4-1/2 of what I was quoted by other companies. I even had one company say, well our prices aren't the cheapest, but our service is great, as if this company wouldn't be. They were so wrong!!!The other companies charge you hourly and add TONS of fees. Goodfast4cheap (Thrifty) doesn't. What you are quoted is what you pay. We are now loyal customers for life!!!Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job and making moving so much easier!!! I cannot say enough how impressed my family is!”

“Organized store with lot of nice finds. It was interesting that my friend and I weren’t greeted or talked to at all during our visit, even though I made eye contact with a staff member upon entering and leaving the store. I tried an item of clothing on by myself. No help was offered, but from what I recall, other customers were talked to, and asked if they needed help. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often. This was earlier this month on a Friday afternoon.”

“Clean store with a great selection. The sweetest lady checked us out. We bought thirteen items for $150. They have markdown stamps for 20-40% off so watch for the deals. They are bag-free so take your own bags. Or just walk out with a stack like we did because our bag wasn’t big enough!”

She then called for someone to the front to find the carts. How delightful she was as she was making hers available, then calling someone to the front to find more.”

“This used to be a reliable go to for deals. It’s still good, but it’s harder to get deals when you’re up against the group of people who sit there for hours. They crowd around the new carts as soon as they’re brought out and start grabbing items. You can tell the employees don’t like it and apparently Goodwill leadership doesn’t think it’s worth the trouble to support them.As for shopping, the prices at this Morse Rd store aren’t as crazy as some others, looking at you Gahanna. They sometimes have exercise equipment in decent shape. I’ve gotten some good frames for way cheap. They also get close outs with can be clothing or new sheet sets for example. The IKEA items are always fun to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to be. The fitting rooms are usually locked and good luck getting a key. The parking is in front or in back of the store; but that entranceway is narrow. Carts are few however. The large windows in front of the store make it hard to see the clothes due to the glare; maybe get some blinds? If you’re in the area, it’s usually worth a browse.”

“This is a great place to shop for thrifty items. Just keep in mind that a lot of items are new and deeply discounted for the most part. They do still also have gently used items, just mostly new. Just remember to search, search, search. The location also takes donations and is really clean. Customer service employees are really nice and they also have a loyalty program for frequent shoppers. “I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items.The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break.He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness.And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!”
