“My car broke down and I parked here to open my hood. When I was clearly struggling, the owners were kind enough to come outside and offered to lend a hand. They stayed with me until I was able to confidently figure out the problem, and let me borrow several of their tools as long as I needed to fix the issue. I wasn't even a paying customer and they took time out of their day to help me when I really needed it. These are truly good people, I couldn't recommend this place enough!!!”

“I’ve donated items here for about 2 years, they’re very generous with what they accept item wise (I’ve donated various items such as wigs, clothes, shoes and even an electric wheelchair). I had never shopped as a customer until recently. So happy I was finally able to make a trip inside and thrift, their store is organized so well that you can see everything clearly without having to dig around like other stores. Love that they even have plus sizes organized all together in their own sections. Can’t wait to make another trip here ❤”

1014 Parsons Avenue, Columbus OH 43206
“These guys were awesome! They showed up exactly within the window of time they said and everything that I had included in my submission form was taken care of with the flat rate I was quoted; no surprises. I was a little nervous due to the layout of the website, but what they lack in website design, they make up for in communication, hard work, and timeliness. Make sure you tip them well since you are saving a lot of money compared to other moving company chains! 10/10”

“I come here literally everyday Monday through Friday during my lunch break. Staff is super friendly and the prices are great! 4004 Fondorf Dr, Columbus OH 43228
“My Deah's store reminds me in some ways of a very large garage sale. Everything from clothes/shoes/toddler baby essentials/exercise equipment can be found there. They also provide pantry food to the needy on Saturdays. The store is fairly well organized, and is larger on the inside than it would appear from the outside. I found skirts, blazers, evening dresses, as well as traditional clothes with Desi style. There was some new clothes in between the used. The used was good quality and clean. There was also purses and accessories. There was children clothes, as well as car seats, strollers, high chairs. There was shoes. There was also greeting cards of all kinds. There was some excersise equipment and some office equipment, as well as housewares. Prices were incredibly cheap, and the proceeds go to a good cause. I totally recommend this thrift store.”

“This is such a nice goodwill. The staff are friendly, and the place is clean. The items are of quality and the prices are fair given the selection. The colored tags that give you an additional discount which many stores don’t give often anymore. Highly recommend this place!”

“I absolutely LOVE this store. This is definitely my FAVORITE place to shop! I LOVE going there when the manager, Julie is working because she is extremely nice & helpful & her attitude is amazing she makes me feel so comfortable there & answers ANY questions I have! You can tell she absolutely LOVES her job & she always treats us like family when we come in there! I think she deserves a raise! We love shopping here but I will admit, my only complaint is some items are priced super high which makes people not want to buy certain things because they're just too expensive!”

1675 South High Street, Columbus OH 43207
“Extremely well organized thrift store! Fantastic selection of men's blazers. Many styles, vintages, colors, textures, sizes, countries of origin, thread counts, softnesses and starchinesses. The bric-a-brac wall delights the eye through the rainbow order arrangement of objects.”

4101 Refugee Road, Columbus OH 43232
“Large selection. Many new items also, some of which seem to be clearance items from Target. It’s not always clear if the prices on clearance items are better than what you would get at the original source. Lots of jeans. Good amount of glassware. I found some used items to be out of the range I am willing to pay (like $9 for a vinyl music album set).some winter coats had decent prices, while others seemed quite high (like someone on the staff is pricing items by Googling what the “vintage resale” value would be, which seems to not be the true spirit of second hand stores. With a visit nonetheless, as there are some good bargains to be had. There is a separate small room with some good items in the back, just before the restroom.”

1881 West Henderson Road, Columbus OH 43220
“I love this place it has so many discounts, different times of the week, deals on different colored tags. Great value great quality of clothing, shoes, as you can find many that still have the original price tags on You gotta check it out”

“I like the deals but I agree with the other review about the lady with flashy glasses. I think she’s a manager,,, not helpful and differs all work or help to other workers. I won’t even check out w her. I purposely go to other staff. Very superior attitude.”
-
3140 Westerville Road, Columbus OH 43224
“I've gone to the ReStore on Westerville Rd a couple times to look for random things that I need for my house. Like paint or a new door. You can pretty much find anything you need for your home. Including cleaning supplies. I also saw some automotive stuff but it wasn't much. They have some really great deals! Today I scored an aluminum ladder for $20. The lady at the cash register is super helpful and very nice. I love this place!”

“I just wanna start off by saying I am a black male and I was so impressed with the customer service I received 2 Saturdays ago early afternoon. I came to shop here when they first moved across the street and I was unpleased with the lazy workers (black & American) and the rude management at the time. I Stopped going here but I decided to give it another try. I was so pleased with all the bargains I found that day! But what really astonished me was how all the staff was helping each other out to get the line moving. Helping move hangers out the way, opening new lines, putting returns away, everyone was so fast paced!! And yet they all were in good moods! No one was stressed everyone had a smile on their faces, even if it was rush hour! As a General Manager myself this really spoke out to me on how this shift was ran! They were all Latino (for good recognition) I will definitely start coming here more often. I loved how they all seemed to get along and have good sportsmanship! That’s was being a team is all about and it reflects the store! It was a few young men and maybe 4-6 ladies (older and younger) I hope to keep coming and seeing the staff show gratitude to customers and finding good deals! Thank you Ohio Thrift for the rebranding of employees and I hope you recognize the great team you have! Great job!!”

“I’m usually here later in the evening and I’ve always had a great experience. It’s neat and clean for a goodwill. My favorite part is seeing Patrick. He’s the sweetest, most helpful employee. I always hope he will be there when I shop. Good service and good finds. I’ll be back a lot!”
-
2705 Federated Boulevard, Columbus OH 43235
“The young lady that waiting on me was professional, she answered my questions, without hesitation. I was happy that she suggested donating the winter jacket, it did have some stains on it. They have clothing they donate to Volunters of America right on the premise.”
-
2550 N High St, Columbus OH 43202
“I like this Goodwill. The employees are high energy- It kind of reminds me of going to a hair salon, always laughing and carrying on. I'm always super impressed with the cashier (she has short hair) she's fast, efficient, calm and means business. I always find a ton of stuff here- maybe too much.”
-
2675 Brice Road, Columbus OH 43232
“Don't sleep on this location just because of the bins next door! Good items, excellent condition, and furniture too. Prices are a little high but still par for the course for Goodwill. I found some nice vintage items, not just cheap modern stuff.”
