Don’t book this hotel, it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Housekeeping is rude and terrible. Hallways dirty and they don’t clean your room. Terrible customer service

This place needs a good cleaning and update. Simple things like vacuuming floors, and washing the stick off the floors. We had no hand soap in our room. But good free breakfast.

Untrained staff checked us in and attempted to charge us for an already paid reservation. Keys didn't work after check-in, then locked us out of our rooms on the last night of our stay, 12 hours before check out, with no staff in sight and no one answering phones. Don't stay here. Ever. Even if you're desperate.
