The customer service is terribly slow on Friday. This is my second Huntington stop this morning.

Tori who helped us regarding adding an authorized signature to access my father’s safety deposit box was very helpful .. I’d rate her 5 stars for customer service however it took over 45 minutes to accomplish the task due to circumstances. Overall for the bank I’d give 2 stars as I feel the bank is very understaffed.
