“Great experience here. Wait time for me was several minutes on a Saturday afternoon before being helped by a Verizon Specialist. No issues. Left with the new phone and the data finished transferring from the old phone to the new phone by the time I arrived home. I did move the pictures off the old phone the day before to speed up the process. Spacious store with many phones on display. And the store even has restrooms.”

“Went in there to add a line. It was on a promotion and I got charged an activation fee, that was supposedly free and they added an extra phone line that I knew nothing of. Now I trying to take care of this situation and the Manger isn't there to fix an issue that one of there employees caused. Everything was great until I went to get another phone. Bottom line is I got 3 lines which I'm supposed to have, but a extra line was added to my account and I don't know why. I want it removed.They took care of the situation after I went into the store. It was I issue that I over reacted to, cause another store told me one thing and I wanted fixed and the next day. In the end all is well. Thank you N Hamilton.”

“I came in a week ago to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone and Kaleb tried and tried to get all my stuff transfered but wasnt able to so i did not receive all of my apps, photos, messages and more. I came in today for something completely unrelated and worked with Malik. I told him all my stuff didnt transfer last time and that the old phone is already erased and gone. He told me he might know a way to get all of my stuff back so he took my phone for a few minutes and did something and now everything is downloading. I got all my apps, photos, wallpaper, ringtones and settings including passwords to all my apps and he did all this without the old phone being present. Go see Malik.”

“I am saving the 5th star to when we actually get service. I will be ditching Breezeline. I was waffling between TMobile and Spectrum. T Mobile now has the edge thanks to Yanni. Why? She did not try to oversell us. Spectrum kept trying for all those add ons, like TV packages, repeatedly. Dont need them. Yanni listened to what I WANTED. I like they have a gadget kinda like my router modem, at no cost to me, that I just plug in and move it around the house to find my best reception. Apparentally it is an easy install. I really like that I dont have to keep an eye on my fees and beg retention not to raise my rates. Big plus there. I am dreading canceling Breezeline because I am sure they will transfer me over and over until they finally get that I am done with Breezeline. I have my eye on two things...my cell and my internet. You will always win if you keep my charges stable. Spectrum is only slightly cheaper...for a year. Then up go the rates. I wasnt looking for gaming speeds. Just internet, enough to stream, enough to read my newspaper or ask Alexa a zillion stupid questions. Looks like T Mobile for me thanks to Yanni's expertise. She didn't oversell me.”
