“Jacob W. was incredible! For those cynical types who doubt the motivations of others, please visit this Verizon store to get reawakened to what is possible in an age of lackluster customer service. Jacob was knowledgeable, efficient, and warm. He provided us answers about how to navigate our broken phone and how to replace it in an easy to understand way. Not only that, when we ran into more questions a few days after our original visit, he immediately texted back a time when he could see us to set up an appointment and innovated a unique solution to our rather complex data retrieval problem. This exemplary demonstration of intrinsically motivated, critical thinking positions us in remaing loyal customers in the years to come.”

My fiance had an issue with her current phone and we were ready to upgrade her. She is a medical professional and desperately needed it to do her job. We had an issue with both Best Buy and the Verizon store in Heath with poor customer service. It was getting late and we thought she would have to go another day without a functioning phone.
However I found this location and saw they were actually open until 9pm! We got there at 7:55 and I was worried it may be too late to do a full activation. Thank goodness I was wrong.
We met Keenan. An outstanding young man that was SO helpful and patient with us. We knew what we wanted and he got the phone and spent the next hour and a half getting my fiance through the full set up. He worked after hours to get this done for us, and was very pleasant the entire time, and personable as well. We actually enjoyed the downtime as we waited for her new phone to switch over speaking with him. He REALLY went the extra mile to ease our frustrations and not once did I feel like he was frustrated for working late or that we weren't important as customers. This young man is management material 100% and I hope he is recognized for his exceptional customer service. I know from here on out, this is our new location for anything to do with Verizon and I understand he also works at the Sawmill Road store, so if you want to be treated right, call ahead and see if he is working. It will be well worth your time!

Seems I can only write one review. My experiences though extend to wanting to write another 5-STAR.
Wacky circumstances had me back a few more times to complete something. Jack and another associate worked through the next steps. Then when a couple of other things popped up, I called. Jesse took the call. Asked Jack to call back. Jack gave me a time he would call. He did. He followed through next couple steps. A few days later he reached out to keep pursuing resolution. A couple days later he followed up letting me know all was taken care of. Frankly, I was so distracted by life these last few times, I would have let it slip. These folks did not let it slip.
Experiences with the folks of this store is refreshingly terrific.”

What was different than previous times is the consultant were straight forward with other options available for the same price it would cost to replace the screen, educated me about the benefits of upgrading My phone,added necessary accessories for home and travel, transferred and All accounts to New phone. But here's the best part of all is that he showed patience and concerned, completed his task in a timely manner and the best of all I didn't feel like I've been taking for a ride by someone that just wanted to make a sell. “I couldn’t be more grateful that I came into this store for my phone repairs. There’s nothing I love more than transparency. I trust these guys more than apple support. My screen was glitching and I was afraid I needed a new phone. I forget who helped me out the first time but he told me exactly what needed done and fixed my screen in five minutes. Most places keep your phone for hours. My second time coming in, Abraham was helping me. He showed me exactly what needed replaced and answered all my questions. knowledgeable, quick, and kind service.”

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
