My fiance had an issue with her current phone and we were ready to upgrade her. She is a medical professional and desperately needed it to do her job. We had an issue with both Best Buy and the Verizon store in Heath with poor customer service. It was getting late and we thought she would have to go another day without a functioning phone.
However I found this location and saw they were actually open until 9pm! We got there at 7:55 and I was worried it may be too late to do a full activation. Thank goodness I was wrong.
We met Keenan. An outstanding young man that was SO helpful and patient with us. We knew what we wanted and he got the phone and spent the next hour and a half getting my fiance through the full set up. He worked after hours to get this done for us, and was very pleasant the entire time, and personable as well. We actually enjoyed the downtime as we waited for her new phone to switch over speaking with him. He REALLY went the extra mile to ease our frustrations and not once did I feel like he was frustrated for working late or that we weren't important as customers. This young man is management material 100% and I hope he is recognized for his exceptional customer service. I know from here on out, this is our new location for anything to do with Verizon and I understand he also works at the Sawmill Road store, so if you want to be treated right, call ahead and see if he is working. It will be well worth your time!

Seems I can only write one review. My experiences though extend to wanting to write another 5-STAR.
Wacky circumstances had me back a few more times to complete something. Jack and another associate worked through the next steps. Then when a couple of other things popped up, I called. Jesse took the call. Asked Jack to call back. Jack gave me a time he would call. He did. He followed through next couple steps. A few days later he reached out to keep pursuing resolution. A couple days later he followed up letting me know all was taken care of. Frankly, I was so distracted by life these last few times, I would have let it slip. These folks did not let it slip.
Experiences with the folks of this store is refreshingly terrific.”

“I'm probably too old to be a fair judge of pricing, but I was just under $100.00 for a battery replacement on a Samsung A32. It will be worth it if I get another 18 to 24 months of a functional cell phone in Columbus, Ohio.
Other than that, I am not fond of being called honey. However, I do understand that some people might find it charming.”

“I had a great experience at Boost Mobile. Zack helped me get my phone activated on the $25 unlimited plan, and the whole process was quick and easy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable.
He got everything set up without wasting any time and made sure I understood everything before I left. It’s not often you find customer service like that these days.

“Tre was amazing and fixed an issue so I didn't have to go to the apple store and wait hours for an appointment for diagnosis. The battery died in my 17 and wouldn't charge.
