Customers find great deals. Many shoppers report good experiences; clothing is good quality for the price, the store is clean and well‑maintained, and employees are friendly and helpful, creating an unusually good shopping experience. The location is nice and spacious, easy to socially distance, and clean. Some shoppers note the store is smaller than expected, with a limited selection split into men’s, women’s, and kids’ items, and no one offered to help. Prices are lower than the regular store but still more than some customers want to pay. Kudos to J Crew factory.

I've had several good experiences over the past year at this J. Crew Factory location. Clothing seems good quality for the price, the store is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are really friendly and helpful. An unusually good shopping experience.

This is a nice spacious location. It is easy to socially distance while shopping. I didn't have any interaction with the staff. No one welcomed us into the store. However, I can say they keep the store clean.
