The Branch Manager and another banker Neejah they was excellent to me the best customer service ever they went above and beyond now for the after hours the 800 number they was horrible i will always deal with the inside branch at bexley oh they was the best and did what they had to do for me : )

Very unorganized. 11;06 and reps behind the counter are still counting their drawers. Up to 5 in line and one clerk left
My appointment was at 11..... 11:25 I was asked to come back. I need to come here for my 91 year old parents. But I'm sure they are doing the best that they can.
