Kroger provides a wide selection of quality food and household products from popular brands, making it a convenient place for shoppers to find fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical items. It is a one-stop store for savings and everyday needs. However, experiences at this location vary. Some customers find it an average option with friendly staff and most items usually available, but note that there are often limited checkouts and long lines, especially when only one cashier is open, which can lead to wait times of up to an hour. Self-checkout lanes are available but can malfunction, and assistance is not always prompt. The store sometimes struggles with cart availability, with carts piled outside or broken wheels, making shopping less convenient, especially in bad weather. Recently, there has been noticeable improvement, with new employees, more carts, and better stocked shelves, which has enhanced the shopping experience. Despite these improvements, some customers still find prices inconsistent, especially with advertised discounts that are not honored at checkout. There are frequent issues with pricing discrepancies, requiring customers to show proof of deals or take pictures, leading to frustration. The store’s aisles can be crowded with displays, making navigation difficult. On a positive note, staff members like Envy and Eve are praised for their exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist shoppers. Overall, while Kroger has made recent positive changes, some ongoing challenges with pricing, checkout lines, and store organization still affect the shopping experience.
Great store! I'm so glad to have a neighborhood Kroger that is so inclusive. All the check out staff, produce people, and pharmacy fam are always so friendly. (Maybe check in on your deli people, they always seem angry and miserable)

Fairly quiet spot compared to other Krogers in the area. Liquor store inside.
