The store offers a wide range of products, from a Samsung washer and dryer to sand and patio furniture. However, customer experiences with staff and service vary significantly. Some employees are described as extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and incredible. Others are noted to be unhelpful, not very knowledgeable, difficult to find, and likely to avoid customers. There are also reports that customers sometimes have to retrieve and load online orders themselves without assistance. Had to stop to pick up an appliance that was listed online. Jim was super helpful along with the associate that loaded it on my cart. I was in and out in record time. Great store!!!
