“Arletta is very knowledgeable and helped us select a Stressless sectional for our Florida home. They stored it for us for 6+ months until we moved. Unfortunately, the corner piece was damaged during shipping. Arletta went above and beyond and found a qualified furniture repairman in our area to fix the damaged piece. She followed up and made sure that we were well taken care of. I can’t say enough nice things about her expertise, kindness, and follow through.”

We are two young people who don’t know anything about mattress shopping and the salesperson helped us find a really nice mattress within our budget without trying to force a sale. She also helped strap the mattress to our car! Loved supporting this local business and would choose it again over any chain mattress retailer. Plus we got a super nice mattress for a fraction of what if would have been anywhere else.”

“We have owned a refrigerator for about a month. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Unfortunately, we had a tech come look at the fridge today because it stopped cooling. We were told that we have to unplug the fridge for 3-4 days to allow a buildup of ice melt. We have no other refrigerator or freezer. It states under the extended warranty that food loss is covered. I was told today that because it's still under the manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not apply. I called both AF and whirlpool and nobody is willing to reimburse us for food loss or offer a loaner. This will be our last purchase from AF!I am editing my review: I decided to call Assurant and they filed a claim for me. I was frustrated as I contacted AF corporate and was told food loss was not covered but thankfully it is. We really do love this location, especially Thomas!”

“Had a very good experience shopping for a mattress. Our salesman Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, was able to answer all of our questions, and was not a pressure salesman. We spent over an hour on our initial visit testing various beds and checking out all the options - who knew there was so much to look at when looking at mattresses.While the mattress and base set were more expensive than we wanted to spend, we felt this was the most comfortable mattress we tested - so we splurged.I would recommend going to this store to try out these mattresses.”
“We were in the market for new box springs and mattresses. Our challenge was that the bed we were placing them on was a 100-year-old brass bed with a full-size mattress. We wanted to move up to a queen-sized mattress. A standard queen was too long at 80 inches. The Mattress Factory offers a short queen mattress and box springs in two different lengths. We purchased the ideal mattress for our needs with a less tall box spring. The company made the set to our needs. The delivery was only two weeks. Delivery was flawless.
