“Had to have blood drawn and went here. Had been once before and they were great. Was a slight issue with the doctor's order and Jovina there took care of it. Thea took my blood and these ladies are awesome! Will use this lab every time! Thank you ladies! ?Just had to take my husband there for blood work. Once again these ladies are awesome. In the hospital they had a very hard time finding a vein and had to have someone come in with an ultrasound. Thea found one with no problem and no pain! She and Ebony there always take care of you!”

“Handy today. Big parking lot across the street behind it. Got there a little before they open (8am,) but you're able to wait inside the building. Nice bench, drinking fountain to hydrate before blood draw, etc. Got right in when they opened, no one else waiting. Easy check-in, friendly staff, distracted me during the stick, painless and quick. Super easy, definitely will keep this in mind for next time (there's always a next time as you get older.)”

“I was a patient here and the nursing staff + the helpers were all wonderful to me catered to me and my needs vert caring staff.The rooms are roomy and the cleaners clean and mop every day.The food is better than the hospitals and at times better than home cooked.the have plenty of activities to do to help pass time and they have live music at times where u can request a song to her+sing along to and the staff will take and come get u.There is church on Sundays and bible studies throughout the week to keep u right with the MAN..The rehabilitation center has a great staff all certified and knowledgeable can help u heal while your here so if u need rehab or looking 4 a place 4 a loved 1 I recommend New Albany it's a clean and friendly place.Thank you New Albany ,James Todd ?”

“I have been going to this LabCorp location for years because it is convenient for me. All but one of my visits have gone smoothly. (A former technician almost passed out while she was drawing my blood. Luckily, the other staff stepped in and literally saved the day for her and I. I was later told that LabCorp let go of that person when I summarized what happened at a subsequent visit.)
This location is always clean. The staff have always been professional. The phlebomotists always ask if I prefer a certain arm to get my blood drawn. They keep butterfly needles in stock, because I have slender veins. Getting blood draw is just not fun for me, but this LabCorp location makes it as smooth as possible.”

“I brought my daughter in yesterday, 1/14/26 around 2:00pm for tests. The waiting area was clean. There were about 4 people in front of us. But we were in and out in about 30 minutes, which I was very pleased with. The woman at the front desk was polite and helped us with all of our questions. After we left, the office called us to say that they still had not received the order request from our Dr. so we immediately called the Dr again so they could fax over the order. Labcorp said they will wait for the Dr order and would call us by end of day if they still have not received it. I was very grateful that they would do that for us. I was pleased with how we were treated and felt the office was professional. Thank you Labcorp”

“I was first called on the phone and finished up my pre check in on the phone. Very customer friendly check in and check out.Greated at the Same Day Center door by the friendly person that assisted me on the phone. Doctor was the best very attentive and a great listener. Decided I should have an X-ray. The x ray technician was also very friendly and customer oriented.After the x ray went back to see the Doctor.She answered all the questions and assisted my wife in selecting a wrist brace for me.I cannot say enough how well I was taken care of. COPC facilities are the best.Thank you all”
