Metro by T-Mobile at 5446 E Livingston Ave offers affordable prepaid plans with unlimited talk, text, and data, along with 5G phones from Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. The store’s staff is friendly and makes an effort to help customers. Although some staff members are new and still learning, they are kind and do their best. One representative was especially helpful in explaining the ACP program and assisting with a $30 monthly discount. Overall, the store provides good service with caring staff.
The staff at the store was not very well trained or very knowledgeable, she was recently hired, but she was absolutely amazing, very kind, and literally did her absolute best with the training and knowledge she had.
