Ohio Liquor Agency is located inside a Kroger store, near the wine section around the corner from aisle 12. The store is described as clean and orderly with a good variety of items, typically well stocked. It offers the usual basic sections, including produce that is varied and looks good. There is a great variety of products at different price points. The location is just south of Downtown Columbus and is considered a nice option compared to other area stores. It features a large parking lot with multiple EV charging spots. The staff is generally noted as super helpful, nice, courteous, and efficient without pressuring customers. Most of the younger staff are very polite and friendly, while the older staff are noted as very polite and very helpful. Checkout is efficient with multiple self-checkout stations and cashier lanes, often with no wait. The store is family friendly and accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
Went there to do a class assignment and not to buy anything. Staff was super helpful and nice and didn’t pressure me to buy anything even though I was just using the store for my assignment. From what I saw, great variety at different price points, definitely going back to buy when I need to restock.
