“We had a not-so-good experience at this location involving some vapes we purchase usually every week three vapes. But I do want to say that a week later I did go back into the store and the gentleman there I believe is an owner or manager not quite sure but he apologized profusely about the incident and he definitely made it right and I have been back to buy more vapes. Having one bad experience doesn't make the place completely horrible. Of course we were upset at the moment but I'm very thankful for the gentleman that I apologized and made it right.”

“Very nice guy at receiving. Not the best place to get a 53ft trailer into and worse yet is getting out of there. There are several low bridges in the area DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS! To get out you have to drive three blocks up then turn left by the post office to get back to 5th.”

“I visited Gentile's The Wine Sellers [at 1565 King Ave. in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus] for my first time on 8-30-2023.I have been aware of that business for most of my life and have frequently passed there while on my way somewhere else but had never before visited there.Several weeks earlier [8-13-2023], I had requested an Uber ride home from Gentile's [they had been closed at that time] because the parking lot of the Filipino restaurant across the street [Bonifacio] [that I had left because they had been too crowded at that time] had been too crowded for an Uber pickup.While waiting for my Uber pickup in the empty Gentile's parking lot, I decided to officially visit there at some point in the near future [obviously when they would be open]; 8-30-2023 ended up being the perfect date for that visit.The wine selection at Gentile's is large and is attractively displayed; the woman behind the counter [after I had told her that I do not drink alcoholic beverages] showed me their selection of non-alcoholic beverages.Gentile's also sells custom-made pizzas that are made at the north end of the store. They are not a restaurant which means that the pizzas that they sell are not ready to eat; instead, they are to be heated and served elsewhere.While looking at a newspaper article that had been posted behind the cash register, I learned that Gentile's had opened when I had been eight days old. I do not believe that I had visited there that day.It had been great to be able to visit Gentile's after so many years.”
