βI have ordered bouquets for my loved ones from here twice now, and I have always received the most beautiful bouquets. Iβve had disappointing experiences with other florists but this one does not disappoint! The bouquets turn out just like the online photos, if not better.β
βI have never met a staff member who was not knowledgeable nor genuinely friendly and accommodating. If they don't have it they will be able to get it for you most likely and the quality of the stock that they typically carry is such that I feel comfortable simply trying something out from this store whereas other stores I would have a question. But they have quality expectations and standards and most importantly a real knowledge of productβ

βFamily-forward wine shop with an excellent selection of reasonably priced, small producer bottles. Prompt service and a wide selection of wines to choose from. I highly recommend trying the weekly $15 tasting flight when visiting!β

βThis place has been revived by the new owners. Itβs the best carry out in Columbus and the employees are always so friendly! Some of the best craft and imported beers Iβve seen! They have stuff you canβt find anywhere else. If you order on door dash they will include a little thank you note and a small bag of chips as a thank you.β
βIf you want to get drunk or stoned this is the place for you. A demon hovers over this place attaching itself to those who want to destroy themselves with addictive substances. Why do you want to destroy yourself. Think about it. When you take drugs and alcohol to cope with life you are exhibiting weakness. Stand up and face these issues with the desire to make a change in yourself and then stand up strong and face problems that you are using substances to escape.β
βBuckeye Wine and Spirits is my go-to spot for anything drinks related. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they actually know their stuff when it comes to recommendations. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of everything from wine to whiskey. Prices are fair, and the vibe is always welcoming. Easily one of the best liquor stores around.β

I came to pick up my online order of 2 oversized chairs close to closing, and they were finishing their closing duties, and they made an extra effort to allow me to get my chairs that day from their back holding storage, I really appreciated it and it makes me feel like they really do care about their store and their customers!!β
βGreat corner store! They have a fabulous wine and beer selection, as well as snacks and beverages. They have some household items also. They sell lottery tickets and rent U-Haul trucks. I've used them for two moves over the years. Nice people and a good place to shop.β

βNice selection , setup, service and music. Good prices. Love the $1.00 mini bottles of orange cream and mudslides and even better they are sold ready to drink. Already chilled inside the cooler/ refrigerator nice and cold.β
βThis is the largest grocery store I’ve seen. Great prepared food selection. Martha, fish, etc. beautiful flor area with the sweetest staff to help you. Huge wine/ beer area. They make their own cotton candy and popcorn. Their flavored coffee beans are amazing, and if you like chocolate and other sweets, you’ll definitely find something you like. Great fruits and vegetables and of course everything else one could shop for in a grocery store. There’s even a Starbucks inside.β
βI didn't even know this place existed despite driving by almost daily for several years. But man am I glad that a coworker mentioned it to me. I happened to be filling across the street and saw the BLM signage and the Pride flag hanging near the entrance. That got my attention. Decided that it was time to pay a visit. I'm glad that I did. The owner has a fantastic selection of beer and wine. There's a fairly good chance that if you like beer and or wine you will find something that fits your tastes at Palmer's. Check it out y'all. You won't be disappointed.β
βI recently decided to do a major living room remodel before my upcoming hysterectomy surgery, and I was really excited about some furniture I ordered from World Market. About two weeks after placing the order, I woke up and checked my email, expecting to see delivery updates. Instead, I found several emails saying my orders had been canceled.
Needless to say, I was pretty upset. It was the first thing I saw that morning, so I immediately called the Polaris location to find out what was going on. Dallas, one of the managers, answered the phone, and I can’t say enough good things about how she handled the situation.
She already knew exactly who I was and what I was calling about. She explained that she had actually been trying to reach me but wasn’t able to leave a voicemail. Apparently, there can sometimes be issues with online orders placed using a newly opened World Market credit card, and in some cases, orders are mistakenly canceled even though the items have already shipped.
Thankfully, Dallas had been proactive and had my furniture set aside and on hold at the store while waiting to hear from me. What started as a very frustrating morning turned into a huge relief.
Dallas was patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and apologized for the confusion, even though the cancellation emails weren’t her fault. I really appreciated her effort to communicate with me and make sure my order was taken care of.
I usually don’t answer phone numbers I don’t recognize, but after this experience, I may have to start! LOL. Thank you, Dallas, for your excellent customer service and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. I really appreciate you! Thank you. 😊β
βThis is a great place in Polaris that carries hard to find brands. Iβve driven out of my way on two occasions because Chateau has some βrestaurantβ wines that we canβt find at other stores. They also have reasonable prices.β
βLike this place a lot, maybe a little crowded with the selection (someone's hard to locate things on shelf that are in display position) but never disappointedβ

βI've purposely paid extra for delivery through DoorDash to get my order from here. The first time I placed an order they didn't have what I needed so he called me from the store and we discovered an item that I actually wanted that I did not see. And he's checked with me each time since. That never happens with any other store. Next time I'm driving up lol. I really want to patronize that store.β
βIt is one of the best craftbeer stores in Columbus. Shawn always alerts me to new releases. They are getting craftbeer from all over the country. They also have a big selection of vintage bottles from the US & Belgium. Definitely recommended!β

βThe beer dock is awesome the prices in there are great I go here myself all the time, they have plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from. The staff and customer service is ? and they are great people that work there and awesome to talk to, they have helped me out before when I was struggling real bad. It's definitely my go to place when on the south side I recommend it to anyone to check them out. Beer dock staff and owner keep doing what y'all do best y'all are great and doing a fantastic job.β

Good guys, they treat me very kindly, I've never been disrespected by the owners in four years. The reviews mentioning being treated any differently, I've witnessed more than a dozen situations of people coming in being weird and rude to customers and the owners and they ABSOLUTELY WILL put you out for that. Come correct, you'll give 5 stars like me lol.β

βRoe's is a awesome lil corner store with a veriety of food drink and lots of other items I've been going here daily for about 4 years it's under new management now the new owner and the store clerk z are awesome guys highly recommend roe's for a quick stop!!!!β

βFirst time shopper and love this place. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! From Dennis in the deli to Lex with the specialty cheese section, I couldn't have had a better experience. The butchers are very knowledgeable with a large variety of choices. Stop in and if its your first time let them know and you will get a discount! Enjoy!β
