Went in to get my jewelry cleaned on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It took about two hours and I was able to pick my bracelets back up.

Had a great experience with Lusette.... the other one (Seneca)customer service can use some help. She constantly served clients she assumed would purchase. The moment she seen I was purchasing she came over. Lusette is knowledgeable and provided great customer service, I would wait to be serviced by her.

The employees were amazing! All employees were very welcoming. Was helped very quickly, the store manager was amazing and made shopping for new rings a great experience. We will be back!
