Sam's Club Tire & Battery offers a range of services and products, but experiences vary among customers. Some customers praise the store for its good bargains, quality items, and friendly staff, especially highlighting positive interactions with young employees who provide excellent customer service. The store is appreciated for its variety, including clothes, shoes, food, and a vision center, making it a convenient place for bulk shopping and family needs. Many customers find the prices better than competitors like Walmart, and the store's size and product selection are seen as advantages. However, there are concerns about the tire services. One customer reported dissatisfaction with tire installation, noting that the tires were not balanced properly and a nail was left in one tire, which required additional visits and inconvenience. They also felt rushed out of the store despite it being open later. Another customer mentioned that the staff seemed rushed and that the job was not completed well, leading to a decision not to return. Parking and store congestion are also common issues. Several customers found the parking lot crowded and the store busy, which could cause anxiety, especially during peak hours. The store's appearance is described as older, but its strategic location makes it a popular shopping spot. Overall, Sam's Club Tire & Battery is seen as a place with good deals and friendly staff, but some customers advise caution regarding tire services and visiting during less busy times.

It's Sam's. Club is bulk purchases. You join the club and you can purchase in bulk. I don't do a lot of bulk purchasing only when I'm prepping for disasters. However, I do go and get the bulk packages of shrimp when I make my nola po boys.
