The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires ?”

“I still will rate the various physical stores as 5 stars but for those of you ordering anything that is shipped from costco.com, drop it to a 1 star. About all the info you get is WHEN your item is shipped and nothing in between until it is delivered. If the expected delivery date is important to you, your package may arrive early. It may arrive late. That is a real pain when you are ordering something with an end of sale date but you need a more accurate delivery date. We have gone from a day early, to 5 days late to a couple of MONTHS late with no way to cancel the order or change the address even with customer service help. Costco.com logistics us frustrating and of little help. Plus you are on hold forever to find out they can't help you.”

“This review relates specifically to the Costco HEARING CENTER. Based on excellent reviews in Consumer Reports, we scheduled an appointment with the Costco Hearing Center for a FREE hearing test. And, based on the results of that test, we purchased hearing aids for my wife. The staff in the hearing aid center was very professional and explained everything as they went. They weren't pushy and were very accommodating. We bought a Costco membership specifically for the purpose of buying hearing aids. The staff at the membership desk explained that their membership "system" was down but they took us to a kiosk in order to complete the application so we can complete the purchase of the hearing aids - they were very pleasant and really wanted to help us - very helpful. Now that we're Costco members, we'll try the store and evaluate the store at a later date.”

“Great because I do scan and go and when I was leaving u had show id, I assume for cold medicine, but it also popped up that I forgot to scan my water. So instead of accusing me of trying to steal (which i wasn't, it was on bottom of cart and I forgot about it) they just let me do scan and go at the door and scanned me. Very polite! Very professional!”
