Waited 2 hours just to return equipment. There should be an associate to do only that. Getting your own equipment back should not be a burden for your customers.
However when I finally was helped, the associate was knowledgeable and pleasant. That’s why I graded 2 stars and not 1

Had a great experience! We did have an appointment set so we were seen really fast. Would definitely recommend setting one because the wait time if you didn't was 3 hours. Definitely had some people giving us looks when we went up and I can't blame them. But the guy who helped us was so nice and we were in and out fast!
