Guests feel welcomed and well taken care of, especially families with children, as the staff do their best to make everyone feel secure and comfortable. The hotel takes extra measures to secure the parking lot, including locking gates and having staff walk the lot overnight. The hotel also offers great service and delicious food, making it a highly recommended choice in Columbus. The rooms are kept clean, and beds are comfortable, although some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning, which may need maintenance. The place is amazing,.we'll taken care of, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very inclusive as it has full size fridge and dishwasher. Full kitchen really. Also a very nice bedroom. Cannot say enough good things about them.
