Target is a well-organized store with a good selection of products, making it a convenient shopping destination. The store's app is user-friendly, allowing customers to scan items and add them to their lists. The customer service is praised, with a special thank you to the team at the customer service desk for their excellent handling of a complicated order. The store is always clean, with well-stocked shelves and friendly employees. While some customers wish the store was open later, the quick and easy return process is appreciated. Despite being a smaller location, the store is described as "small but mighty," always having the necessary items and more. However, the store's accessibility has some room for improvement. Some aisles, particularly in the clothing, seasonal, and produce sections, are too narrow for wheelchair access. The availability of motorized shopping carts is limited, and the store is not very accessible for those with visual impairments.
Could not find what I was shopping for at all, and the website said it was in stock. I found an employee and they gladly helped me. We found out it had been moved completely to a different spot in the store. The employee was so friendly and helpful.

Was super understocked, one guy doing his best stocking carrying very heavy items meant for 2 ppl back and forth, felt bad for the guy, give him a raise. Then while at cashier, she shared that that that day, half the work force called out, also sharing that not many have integrity these days.

Online inventory does not reflect store inventory. Had an online order that they could not fulfill -the staff tried to just give me an unequivalent replacement when I went to pick up… weird.
