About Terminal Warehouse Inc
Terminal Warehouse Inc. is a business with friendly and respectful front staff and loaders. They offer overnight parking and vending machines for drivers. The facility is very tight, with limited space that can be challenging for those without experience, especially when blindside backing. Appointments are kept on time, and unloading is quick once in a door, often happening a few hours early. The shipping office staff is calm, professional, and easy to deal with. Drivers should be prepared for high train traffic, which can cause delays of up to an hour. The lot can be busy and crowded, especially when multiple trucks arrive at once, so patience and proper planning are recommended. Overall, the staff is helpful and accommodating, making the experience smoother despite the tight space.
