The store provides a no-pressure shopping experience, making it easy for customers to find the right mattress for their needs. Their mattresses are two-sided and flippable, made with high-quality materials, and paired with flexing box springs that enhance comfort and durability. The store also offers custom mattresses for unique sizes such as RVs, campers, boats, and antique beds. Many customers have had very positive experiences, noting helpful and friendly staff who assist with selecting and transporting mattresses. Customers highlight the quality and local manufacturing of the mattresses, some mentioning that their purchases have lasted over ten years. The service team is responsive and quick to resolve issues, such as mismatched split king mattresses. Overall, shoppers describe the process as seamless, efficient, and enjoyable, with many saying they sleep better and recommend The Original Mattress Factory to friends and family. The store is praised as the best place in Columbus to buy a mattress, combining quality, affordability, and excellent customer service.
The team here really lets you do the testing and lets you be. They won’t pressure you or harass you. They’re attentive when you have questions and patient with the experience. I’d recommend getting a bed from here 11 out of 10 times.
