“We regilarly stop by this locally own and operated shop for its variety and reasonable prices om gently used household items.Friendly and helpful staff tops off our experiences at this resale shop.”
“I went on a Tuesday after seeing a line around the building of people waiting to go in for a 50%off sale. It's really organized minus the people shopping putting stuff in random spots. I found 5 cute baby onesies($1 each) and even a baby magic bullet blender all for $10. The staff are very busy on sale day but had someone going through and checking the store, Im definitely going back to see what else is in the back!”

“Clean store. Extremely reasonably priced. I bought a very nice, extremely good condition fridge for $125. They had checked it already, and it came with a 30 money back guarantee. I always find nice things here!”
“The best antique store in town! I found all my favorite artifacts here, and my wife loves their clothes too! Also keep in mind the people working there are volunteers and what you pay will contribute to the cure of cancer.”
“These guys were awesome! They showed up exactly within the window of time they said and everything that I had included in my submission form was taken care of with the flat rate I was quoted; no surprises. I was a little nervous due to the layout of the website, but what they lack in website design, they make up for in communication, hard work, and timeliness. Make sure you tip them well since you are saving a lot of money compared to other moving company chains! 10/10”
“Selection was great! There prices were amazing, very competitive and affordable for prices on each item! Staff was very friendly and I love the cause they're supporting!”
“The owner and staff were super patient, nice, and answered all of my questions. You HAVE to check out this sustainable fashion store. Both the inventory AND the staff are exceptional!!!! ???”

“Been coming here for as long as i can remember, Some staff will ignore you if you talk to them. The bathrooms are always out of order, they also watch you like a hawk to see of you steal. Other than that, Great place, Great clothes, great pricing.”
“I shop here occasionally and can find some good items. Reasonable prices, have a loyalty club as well. Store is clean and organized. Employee's are friendly and helpful for the most part. They have 2 donation bins out front too, so I was able to drop off some unwanted items from my home. Will continue to stop in and shop.”
“I have brought my son and friend up here to fill out for their Christmas gifts for their children the people were very polite and patient and aiding both my friend and son with what they needed to sign up even told him the day that they needed to pick up my kids are very much older so they were not able to help me but it was a pleasure in watching them help others”
“I've been to a lot of thrift stores across the country. This location is now my favorite in the Columbus area. The store is extremely well organized, super clean and all the employees that I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. 10/10 would shop there again and again!”

“This used to be a reliable go to for deals. It’s still good, but it’s harder to get deals when you’re up against the group of people who sit there for hours. They crowd around the new carts as soon as they’re brought out and start grabbing items. You can tell the employees don’t like it and apparently Goodwill leadership doesn’t think it’s worth the trouble to support them.
As for shopping, the prices at this Morse Rd store aren’t as crazy as some others, looking at you Gahanna. They sometimes have exercise equipment in decent shape. I’ve gotten some good frames for way cheap. They also get close outs with can be clothing or new sheet sets for example. The IKEA items are always fun to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to be. The fitting rooms are usually locked and good luck getting a key. The parking is in front or in back of the store; but that entranceway is narrow. Carts are few however. The large windows in front of the store make it hard to see the clothes due to the glare; maybe get some blinds? If you’re in the area, it’s usually worth a browse.”
“If you’re in the North Side of Columbus, Ohio, and looking for affordable furniture, Furniture with a Heart Thrift is a gem worth visiting. The store offers a wide variety of furniture, from couches to dining sets, all at incredibly reasonable prices. What sets them apart is their commitment to providing quality used furniture that feels fresh without breaking the bank.
The staff is kind of friendly at times though might not be there always but helpful, always ready to assist in finding exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you’re furnishing your first apartment or upgrading on a budget, the selection is diverse and stylish. Plus, the affordable prices make it easy to stretch your dollar without sacrificing on style or function. If you’re looking for great deals in Columbus, Furniture with a Heart Thrift is a must-stop!”
“This is a great place to shop for thrifty items. Just keep in mind that a lot of items are new and deeply discounted for the most part. They do still also have gently used items, just mostly new. Just remember to search, search, search. The location also takes donations and is really clean. Customer service employees are really nice and they also have a loyalty program for frequent shoppers. Enjoy!!!”
“Went here first thing in the morning (Monday). I was met by a younger lady who was pleasant and willing to explain the buying process. I had a huge basket of Lululemon, Nike, P’tula, Gymshark and True Religion. The Nike apparel was in great condition but that was NOT purchased and nor was the P’tula (local brand). I’m guessing that it’s the demographic for Hilliard, but I could be wrong. I was giving the clothes away no matter what so I won’t complain and they seem to be a smidge better than Plato’s Closet. I do plan on going back so they can donate some clothes to charity on my behalf.”
“I love the store. Employees are nice. Prices are a little pricey. My only problem is that the men's clothes are on the second floor and it's hard for me to climb the flight of stairs cause I'm handicapped. Just wish they could move it on the first floor like the rest of the thrift stores.”
“Great place with great people, but I have no clue why outlet & switch wall plates are much higher price than retail. Usually they say, "That price is ridiculous," and they give it to you for 10 cents, but some times they take the price tag or nothing. I don't understand it.”

“Very well organized thrift store. Prices decently priced however they do have 75%, 50%, and 25% OFF colors of the week. Wouldn’t mind stopping in if I’m ever in the area. Plenty of parking.”
“I just wanna start off by saying I am a black male and I was so impressed with the customer service I received 2 Saturdays ago early afternoon. I came to shop here when they first moved across the street and I was unpleased with the lazy workers (black & American) and the rude management at the time. I Stopped going here but I decided to give it another try. I was so pleased with all the bargains I found that day! But what really astonished me was how all the staff was helping each other out to get the line moving. Helping move hangers out the way, opening new lines, putting returns away, everyone was so fast paced!! And yet they all were in good moods! No one was stressed everyone had a smile on their faces, even if it was rush hour! As a General Manager myself this really spoke out to me on how this shift was ran! They were all Latino (for good recognition) I will definitely start coming here more often. I loved how they all seemed to get along and have good sportsmanship! That’s was being a team is all about and it reflects the store! It was a few young men and maybe 4-6 ladies (older and younger) I hope to keep coming and seeing the staff show gratitude to customers and finding good deals! Thank you Ohio Thrift for the rebranding of employees and I hope you recognize the great team you have! Great job!!”
“Super wonderful employees, very helpful and hard workingSo much goes on behind the scenes we don’t even realize!Fantastic talent in the donations attendant, it gets so busy sometimes and they’re still able to help everyone quickly and make your experience good. Everyone there deserves a raise!! Yeah they can’t get raises there.”
“I like the deals but I agree with the other review about the lady with flashy glasses. I think she’s a manager,,, not helpful and differs all work or help to other workers. I won’t even check out w her. I purposely go to other staff. Very superior attitude.”
“I looooove going to this store. I have furnished and decorated my home from this store. My friends can't believe all the nice things I have bought from there. I always shop only the stickers that are 50 percent off. Everyday is a different colored sticker that is 50 percent off.”
“Fine place, but nothing great. Location in big city probably doesn’t help. Cart was emptied and restocked after leaving it for only a few minutes. Friendly staff though”
“I am never disappointed with this store. When we went in today they had so many clothes you could barely pull them apart to look at them. We were able to find multiple pieces of clothing that were on sale and we also received a $10 coupon to use in December. Highly recommend shopping here!!”

“I've gotten a lot of great stuff from the bins for real cheap. It's an experience. You gotta wear gloves and be able to tolerate a certain level of gross, but spend a few hours there and you will be dressing to the nines!”

“Great store! I spent two hours and found so many gems ? everything was really organized by size and gender, the only thing that took a minute was waiting for a dressing room to try on the items (I went at 5 pm so it makes sense), but the ladies at the check out were very polite and efficient.
Like any other thrift store nowadays it has a few items that are “too expensive” for what they are, but I did find a lot of gym clothes, joggers, shoes and jackets in FANTASTIC condition at a really low price! Just the running shoes I got are 60 on Amazon and I paid 6 bucks :) and got plenty of other stuff for 52 total ?
I attached a picture of one of the sports bras I bought ?”
“Enjoyed my experience at cheapskate really like the store very interesting also enjoyed the customer service Jessica helped me check out she was very nice looking forward to going back and doing some more shopping”
