The crew provides excellent value and top tier customer service, with many customers reporting flawless transactions and outstanding salespeople. The service department has provided really good service for years, with positive experiences and a willingness to fix issues. However, one recent service experience was highly disappointing, involving a potential mistake and a lack of follow-up communication from management. Overall, Toyota Direct is a very nice place to shop for a vehicle, where they treat you with respect. Many customers highly recommend visiting them first when looking for a new Toyota.
