Had a really great experience with Robert who helped get us into a 20ft UHaul truck the same day after our Budget rental cancelled. Great customer service and the truck was spotless. Can't thank Robert enough for saving us a massive headache and getting us on the road to Chicago!

Outstanding experience at this uhaul location. Robert was very helpful at pick up and another guy helped with questions on my trailer connection that made the rest of my trip much easier. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. Regardless, a great customer service experience that is appreciated.
