They made me drive to another store after the phone was delivered properly. But all in all the service ended nicely and professional. There was no apology early on but was thanked well at the end.

Walked in today after dropping my phone in water. Was so glad I was helped by a great team member who made the process so simple. Best Verizon store in Columbus. Much better than previous stores in the area.
