I was waiting 40 minutes For someone to open a showcase and take me what I needed and that person never go, The assistance button didn't work either, I went to customer service twice and no one helped me

This is a decent Walmart. It is often crowded so they can be low on stock though.

The people at the auto center were great and they helped us get a new tire after it blew on the highway. They were just over all lovely
