“This is a new facility and has some areas that are still in process of being built/improved. I do not recommend coming into the facility from Rome Hilliard. Take Fisher Rd to Manor Park. It saves the headache of fighting cross traffic.”

“Unloaded in 30 minutes, for night parking u can go to Walmart which is near to this warehouse. Don't sleep on the road in front of this warehouse, sometimes the cops can give u a ticket... Beware.”
“I love this job! I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. This job has been amazing! They were voted one of the most diverse places to work for in the United States because they include everybody, yes even old people. The perks are amazing! You earn your vacation as you work so you don't have to wait a whole year before you get anything and you even start off with a couple of floating holidays depending on what time of the year you're hired. The pay is above average and they have monthly prize giveaways for attendance, shout outs and employee of the month for every shift. Not just one shift, every shift. The people for the most part get along, you're going to have oil and water try to mix every now and again but just throw in some lettuce and you'll be fine! This is an amazing place to work and I pray to God everyday that I don't lose my job here because it is a blessing and I love it.”
“Costco is a membership store with good prices. Groceries and pharmaceuticals are mostly sold in bulk. They have clothes, electronics, furniture, home appliances, furnishings, tires, eyeglasses, a travel agency and much more. Often overcrowded with people taking up the whole isle while they snack on the free samples. The lines at the register are often long but they don't bag anything so it goes pretty quick. They check the membership card on the way in and the receipt on the way out. Good luck and have fun.”
“Made a test purchase a year ago to see if this is a legit company. It is from what we can tell. Recently made another purchase because they sometimes have very hard to find items and were planning on giving them major business for a few upcoming projects. I like that they ship only via UPS which is a sign that a company values customers actually receiving their purchases. There was an issue and they quickly worked to resolve things. We appreciate the response and will look out for any changes in regards to our other suggestions.”

“I still will rate the various physical stores as 5 stars but for those of you ordering anything that is shipped from costco.com, drop it to a 1 star. About all the info you get is WHEN your item is shipped and nothing in between until it is delivered. If the expected delivery date is important to you, your package may arrive early. It may arrive late. That is a real pain when you are ordering something with an end of sale date but you need a more accurate delivery date. We have gone from a day early, to 5 days late to a couple of MONTHS late with no way to cancel the order or change the address even with customer service help. Costco.com logistics us frustrating and of little help. Plus you are on hold forever to find out they can't help you.”

1. Yes there's a public restroom at Building One
2. Yes you can park here and sleep overnight or after delivery. Plenty of spaces provided on asphalt with clear lines. Easily visible via Google maps.
3. Yes you can access building one from Lockbourne Rd, and SHOULD, so you can standard back to dock instead of blindside.
Office staff are all nice and polite and fun people. Broker didn't reschedule my reworked load properly and they're working me right in upon arrival. Excellent place to deliver. Looking forward to returning. Would have saved me some clock and parked here last night had I known...”

“I wasn't actually at the logistics center here. I was hauling a hazmat load so I was on the outer loop around Columbus when a coolant line blew. What highway is that ...I-270? Anyway I was on the highway near the JCPENNEY logistics center but not at. Sorry no info. On Truck entrance, etc.”
“Appointment at 12:00, arrived at 11:00 and got door immediately when checking in, I was out with paperwork by 13:00. Staff was friendly, helpful and I’ll certainly be back if the opportunity presents. Porto potty outside, and as others said, truck parking at Wendy’s across the street.”

“Hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly but Wanda Adams is a life saver! Working as a trucker under my own business hasn’t been easy but there are some truly kind people out there that make your entire day! After picking up a load and not getting a response for over 24 hours, making 11 phone calls and getting the same “I understand, I forwarded a message” response, I reached out to my broker UberFreight and they couldn’t do anything for me. Ms.Adams was able to put herself in my shoes and make something happen. After receiving her aid, no more calls needed to be made, my load was finally received and I’m back on the road! Just wanted to write this as a HUGE thank you to her because being the middle man doesn’t mean you have a voice in this industry.”

“I am a CPR instructor who teaches several classes each weekend so I not only go through a lot of supplies but the manikins definitely get lots of use. MCR Medical has been great to work with. They are fast and efficient with supply orders and when I have problems with the manikins they do their best to resolve the issue. I appreciate good customer service and have never received anything but from MCR.”
