WoodSpring Suites Columbus West - Hilliard is a quiet property near the interstate and within walking distance of a gas station. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The place is great since it was redone and is well managed, very secure, and clean. Rooms are very clean, and the kitchen part is a huge bonus. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful, paying attention to detail when they clean. Managers go above and beyond to make sure all guests are taken care of and satisfied, contributing to the property's good name. Many guests staying long-term for several months recommend it highly, noting it feels like home and is a comfortable stay. However, some guests note downsides. The internet is aggravating and not from a provider capable of handling the job. The beds are full-sized, which can be small for some, and the mattress is very uncomfortable for others, with thin, synthetic sheets. The window blinds let in a lot of light, lacking blackout curtains. Overall, despite these issues, it is considered a great place to stay.
They are super friendly and let me check in a half hour early. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is on their game keeping up on their jobs it seems like. I got me some I got me some this is my new favorite place. They had the best customer service and the waitress went above and beyond wow omg the best place ever.
