I meant to post this yesterday. I went into Wright-Patt and experienced something that I thought was long gone and that is genuine customer service! Thanks Kiaara! No matter how challenging dealing with humans keep that same tenacity there are people that still need that personal touch especially in dealing with their money!

I decided to do my auto loan through my bank, which was an amazing process! Maria helped me tremendously, gave me good rates for my loan, everything done Maria, along with Jenn from underwriting, beautiful process! Thanks for the experience
