“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!”

I spoke with Logan late one evening and told him I wanted his card because I planned on shopping around before making a decision. There were no cheesy sales tactics, no pressure, and no attempt to keep me there. He simply gave me his card, included his personal number, and told me he was off the next day—but if I had any questions or wanted to come back and look some more, he’d be happy to come in on his day off.
Long story short, I called him the next day. True to his word, Logan met me at the dealership on his day off and worked with me to get a deal done.
That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Logan was straightforward, professional, and genuinely seemed more interested in earning my business than pressuring me into a sale. “I mailed my injectors to Rosewood and they did a great job with the Premium Stock rebuild option. Before the rebuild, my truck would run very rough until it warmed up. After the install it drives like a new truck and idles smoothly. I also installed new injector cups purchased from Rosewood at the same time. Very happy with their work. I should have done this earlier.”
