“This Service center is super upscale and professional. We brought my car in because the steering was off and there was also excessive road noise and vibrating. They did a free test drive of the vehicle for us during which we waited in the fancy waiting area and they told us that they wanted to get it up on a lift to further check it. So we were provided with a loaner so we could hang out in the area. It turned out the tires were cupping. We decided to proceed with purchasing new tires and they had the car done by noon!”
“We hit a dear in our plug in hybrid minivan. Didn't seem terrible damage wise till we realized the damage to the coolant system and cameras etc. so many electronics in the number. Jeff and crew did a great job and handled everything from the tow to working with the insurance company at pricing that was FAR more reasonable than other places. I would take my car back in addition to recommending this shop to family and friends!”
“I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon.
When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately.
I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner.
My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise!
When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great!
I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be returning for any future needs I may have.

We ended up totaling our van, getting it fixed at Tim's Autobody and then re-titled. Tim helped us though this very stressful process and did the work at a very fair price. “I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price.
