“I hav been a customer for several years now and I can't say enough about the integrity and quality of workmanship at SFJ. I have 2004 Rubicon and the team at SFJ has asked the right questions pertaining to how I am going to use the jeep then make solid recommendations on the build and parts to use. These guys know Jeeps and you can trust them to do what they say!
Thanks guys!”
“Thank You to R.J. @ the conneaut Ohio location! I recently had surgery on my dominant hand. I desperately needed a bulb installed into the rear driver side brake light. So I couldn’t do it myself. He came out in 36* rainy weather and installed it for me! Thanks bunches!!! You are appreciated!”
“Roger and everyone that I interacted with at this establishment were very helpful when I needed it most. They were quite accommodating to my particular situation and I am very appreciative for it.”
“This place n people n products r the best hands down this is wear I will go EVERY time I need a auto part , yo I mite even go there wen I don't NEED , why? Because I sometimes IWANT !”
“This has to be the best experience I’ve had in any establishment in my six years of living in Ohio! Usually people don’t wanna help you when you’re calling for parts for your car! Someone took down my number called me back and found a rim that would fit my car. They didn’t just give up once they couldn’t find the exact rim that I wanted. I even got a call this morning letting me know the rim was ready 30 minutes before they told me they would call me. I manage the Boardman, Mattress Firm and customer service means everything to me. I can proudly say that this place went above and beyond for me and I’m truly grateful! Thank you guys!”

“I would have given this five stars but there have been a couple problems with driving up there for old parts they pulled from inventory that were damaged but otherwise they are very competitive with pricing and have an awesome staff.”
