“This has to be the best experience I’ve had in any establishment in my six years of living in Ohio! Usually people don’t wanna help you when you’re calling for parts for your car! Someone took down my number called me back and found a rim that would fit my car. They didn’t just give up once they couldn’t find the exact rim that I wanted. I even got a call this morning letting me know the rim was ready 30 minutes before they told me they would call me. I manage the Boardman, Mattress Firm and customer service means everything to me.
