“I had a tire leak that needed repaired on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. My normal mechanic was closed so I called E M. He was able to get me in and fix (plug) my tire in less than an hour. The cost was more than reasonable, so I tipped $10. Based on my experience and the google reviews, I would not hesitate to take my cars to him for other service.Service: Tires”
“Stopped here mid-roadtrip while driving to an event after having a shaky car scare, which (thankfully subsided before I actually got to them, They did correctly diagnose though that my drive shaft was starting to go and even though they could not repair it under my warranty (Toyota is particular about who does that to be covered) they took my walk-in complaints though and helped me get in touch with area Toyota dealers who might be able to help under warranty.
Even though they didn't do the actual repairs, they get a full-marks review on character and customer service alone. And they were fully ready to do the repairs and get me on my way if I hadn't been dealing with warranty.”

“Want to say THANKS to the service group at McQuillan's. On my way home from vacation last week (Aug 3) I got stuck on the side of interstate 90 at the 79 at Erie PA with an overheated 2021 Buick Envision. Still had 150 miles to get home. While waiting for the tow truck, I called the dealerships in Erie and explained my situation. Rick Weaver Chevy told me he could not look at my car until the last week of September and Dave Hallman Chevy said he could maybe check it the first week of September. When I tried to beg they indicated that my problem was not their problem and I should go somewhere else. I ended up at McQuillen in Girard. They said they were booked up but given my situation would somehow squeeze me in. I rented a car to get home that afternoon but in two days I was back at McQuillan with my car fixed under warranty. What a GREAT bunch of people there. They even gave me a ride to the car rental. In addition the tow truck driver told me how lucky I was to avoid Weaver and Hallman. He said he watches cars sit untouched for weeks in their back yard. I can't believe that anyone would buy a vehicle from the Chevy dealerships in Erie when Girard is just a few miles away. I know - long story here but - THANKS McQuillan's!!!!!!!”

Our initial impression with this 69 year old dealership began with Brian greeting us at the door, prior to test driving a 2021 GMC Acadia. The vehicle was the perfect transition from our 2019 Equinox and the numbers were worked out. The paperwork was seamless and pain free with the help of Erica.
