“Stored here for 9 months and had no problems. Clean level floor and easily fit everything I needed to. The owners were nice to work with and ending my unit was easy. There is a tear in the roof where the top of my things had a small amount of white powder but it easily wiped off.”
“Unbelievably hassle free. I called one day, and moved in the next. Everything was taken care of online. There were no surprises. Customer service was extremely helpful. Units are well marked and very clean. The area is secured with cameras and feels like a safe space. I highly recommend this storage facility.”

After a full explanation of what was an unintentional error and making amends above and beyond, this was an incident that occurred during the transition of the purchase of the storage facility. I appreciate all the efforts made to fix what was a mistake and moreso the path provided for better communication, including the recent hiring of an on-site manager. I feel comfortable and secure continuing to stay at this facility of which I've used for 10+ years. Thank you.

This company does not return phone calls or emails, they are charging me late charges when my payment is not late, and they sent a check already paid through to the bank a second time and of course my bank denied the check and this company wants to charge me $25 insufficient funds fee. There is no one local I can go to straighten this out, and when I call I'm told a supervisor has to speak to me yet they can't transfer me, the supervisor has to call me and then they never call.”

“Great little storage facility in Barbarton, Ohio. Tucked away from the main thoroughfare, this facility has 3 gates, all of which are locked at night. Each storage unit is provided a key to the main 3 gates. This facility is set back from the road, and offers a great deal of privacy and quiet. I've been here hundreds of times, and have never seen more than a handful of people around, even during peak periods. The storage units come in a variety of sizes and are dry and clean. The roads are gravel, so during rain and snow they can be a little rough, but the management does a really good job of upkeeping them. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities in the area. Note that all units are outside and there is no public restroom on the premises. They are supposed to be closed at night, but I've been there several times after closing and found people moving and going through their units. You will also need to provide your own lock for your unit.”
