“Right from the start it looked like a safe facility so I needed to store some of my belongings because I was moving out of state and I was very pleased with the prices and cleanliness of the storage facility. After I moved my items into the storage unit I noticed that part of the seal on the bottom of the overhead door was missing so I asked Dave (manager) if I could get them to replace the seal so I left one of my keys their so the maintenance man could get in the unit and replace the seal and the day after I dropped the key off for access it was done . Dave seems like a knowledgeable and nice guy and I appreciate his promptness in getting that seal replaced to keep any mice or rain from getting in the unit and possibly damaging my belongings.Thank you Dave ! “Great little storage facility in Barbarton, Ohio. Tucked away from the main thoroughfare, this facility has 3 gates, all of which are locked at night. Each storage unit is provided a key to the main 3 gates. This facility is set back from the road, and offers a great deal of privacy and quiet. I've been here hundreds of times, and have never seen more than a handful of people around, even during peak periods. The storage units come in a variety of sizes and are dry and clean. The roads are gravel, so during rain and snow they can be a little rough, but the management does a really good job of upkeeping them. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities in the area. Note that all units are outside and there is no public restroom on the premises. They are supposed to be closed at night, but I've been there several times after closing and found people moving and going through their units. You will also need to provide your own lock for your unit.”

“We're very happy with this facility, and would highly recommend it to others. New owner has made a bunch of site improvements, including paving the surface parking area. Very fair prices, very responsive owner, convenient location, and clean facility. I would not hesitate to use Rent-Rite in Rittman at all.”
“Great place. Reasonably priced. Super nice, friendly, helpful staff. Could be a little cleaner & also a few fans would help keep it cooler for inside units on 90°+ days. Security seems good, too as they are on site all day; site locked up at night.”

“Stored here for 9 months and had no problems. Clean level floor and easily fit everything I needed to. The owners were nice to work with and ending my unit was easy. There is a tear in the roof where the top of my things had a small amount of white powder but it easily wiped off.”

“I needed a storage unit really quickly they were in the office that day so I went in got the storage unit and was done. Down payment was required but recently moved out someone was in the office. I told him I was moving out and here was the lock he said let me go check it out. I didn't sweep in out He looked at it and gave me a check right on the stop”
“Used a storage room here for a little over a year and never had a problem with moisture or security. We did notice some mouse activity but nothing damaged beyond soiling; maybe a nearby unit had food?”

“We moved with Cotter June 26,27,and28, 2023. The estimate was precise, the move was professional. The team of 6 guys worked from 9 to 5 for 3 days which is what was recommended. Jeff and C.J. were absolutely above and beyond, but all the guys were hard workers and professional. We moved with this company 23 years ago into the house we just moved out of. We were just as satisfied then. If I were to move again, I would just hire them and skip the other estimates.”
