I came in with a front-and-back print that had to be lined up perfectly, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was aligned just right. Caleb and Jessica were especially amazing—they took the time to test, adjust, and double-check until it was perfect.
Honestly, every single person in the store was friendly and helpful, not just with me but with every customer I saw. This location has saved me multiple times with last-minute and tricky printing needs, and they never make it feel like an inconvenience. Reliable, patient, and genuinely great service. “Great company. I recently took an IN to MI load for the Akron Ohio office and it went really smooth. Normal wait time at the shipper, and in a door 2hrs early at the receiver. Unload time was just under an hour. Good communication, and I would do business with them again for sure.”
